Vacancy for JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (JRF) in the research project sponsored by Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). Title of Project: Studies to decipher the mechanisms inducing disruption in hippocampal dopaminergic homeostasis by peripherally-restricted-bacterial infection Essential qualifications: 1). M.Sc. In any Branch of Life Sciences or M.Pharm with first division 2). Qualified NET – JRF/LS examination of CSIR/UGC/ICMR/equivalent for M.Sc. applicants or GATE for M Pharm applicants Desirable: Highly motivated person with experience in Microscopy, animal handling and Molecular Biology techniques Stipend: As per ICMR norms (Rs 31000 + 24%HRA) Duration of appointment: Initially for a period of one (1) year and further extension for 2 years will be based on evaluation of the candidate’s performance.
