Applications are invited for two positions of Senior Research Fellows (SRF) under the Ministry of AYUSH-sponsored research project entitled “Molecular mechanisms of action of metalloid Unani Kushta jat for their role in protection against cellular stress” Principal Investigator: Prof. S. Raisuddin, Department of Medical Elementology & Toxicology, Co-investigator: Prof. M. Aftab Ahmad, Department of Ilmul-Advia/Ilmul Saidla, Jamia Hamdard. Essential Qualifications: 1.

M.Sc. (Toxicology/Biochemistry)/M.Pharm.(Pharmacology)/M.D. (Unani – Ilmul Advia) with first division or equivalent CGPA and NET/GPAT qualified in case of M.Sc. and GPAT qualified in case of M.Pharm. candidates. Two years of research experience in case of M.Sc./M.Pharm. as evident, preferably by at least one research paper in SCI/SCIE-indexed journal.
Emolument: Rs. 28,000/ + HRA as per rule per month (No other allowances). Revised rates of fellowship will be paid in case the same is revised by the Ministry of AYUSH. Duration: Initially for one year with the provision of extension (based upon the performance) till the continuation of project. Soft copies of the application, bio-data and certificates of M.Sc./M.Pharm./M.D. qualification and NET/GPAT Certificate/card may be sent to Prof. S.
