CENTRE OF BIOTECHNOLOGY Applications are invited for candidates for filling up one SRF position on plain paper giving complete copy of all certificates. Funding agency: Defense Research Development Organization (DRDO), New Delhi Project Title: “Development of Biogenic 3D nanoporous silica-based sensor for enhanced sensitivity against plant pathogenic fungi” Name of post: SRF (Senior research fellow) 1 Post nd Stipend: 16000 + HRA (1st and 2 year); 18000 + HRA (3rd year) Duration: 3 years Qualification: M.Sc. Biotechnology/ Microbiology/Biochemistry/Life Science with at least two years of work experience in laboratory techniques such as microbial culturing & characterization / design, fabrication & characterization of biosensor. Desirable: Candidates with good communication and writing skills proven by relevant research publications in sci journals (as a first or corresponding author) will be preferred. No TA/DA will be paid. This position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
