Walk-In Interview Advertisement for engagement of Project Staff (JRF/PA) in ‘DBT’ funded project at Institute of Nano Science and Technology Highly motivated and bright candidates are required for the position of Project Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Project Assistant (PA) in the research project funded by DBT. Date of walk in interview: 29th August 2019 Reporting time and venue: 10.00 am at the above mentioned address. Title of the Research Project: “Reconstitutable Lyophilized Plasmonic Semishells as Near Infra Red Photothermal Nanotransducers for Cancer Treatment”. Principal Investigator: Dr. Asifkhan Shanavas, Scientist-C Name of the position available: Junior Research Fellow or Project Assistant Number of positions available: One Qualifications: JRF: M.Tech or M.Pharm without NET/GATE etc and MSc with GATE/NET etc Project Assistant: For M.Sc without GATE/NET etc Desirable: Experience in nanomaterial synthesis, bacterial/mammalian cell culture. Age limit: Must not be over 28 years as on 29th August, 2019 which is relaxable for certain reserved categories as per rules of Government of India. Salary: JRF: Rs.25,000/- + 10% HRA per month Project Assistant: Rs.16,000/- + 10% HRA per month Duration: Initially Six months and may be extended till end of the project based upon the performance of the candidate and availability of funds. General Terms and Conditions: The position is purely temporary and on contractual basis. The position is co-terminus with the project. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
