Advertisement for engagement of Senior Research Fellow (SRF)/ Junior Research Fellow (JRF) at Institute of Nano Science and Technology Highly motivated and bright candidates are required for the position of Senior Research Fellow (SRF)/ Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the research project funded by DST. Date of walk in interview: 2nd April, 2019 Reporting time and venue: 10.00 am at the above mentioned address. Title of the Research Project: Computational Materials Principal Investigator: Dr. Chandan Bera Name of the position available: Senior Research Fellow/ Junior Research Fellow Number of positions available: One Qualifications: For JRF/SRF Essential: M.Sc./M.Tech. Degree in Chemistry/physics/Materials Science/ Nanoscience and Nanotechnology with two year of research experience for SRF and NET/GATE qualification. No experinece required for JRF. Desirable: Experience in Python programming and DFT Age limit: Must not be over 28 for JRF and 30 for SRF years as on 2nd April, 2019 which is relaxable for certain reserved categories as per rules of Government of India. Salary: Rs. 28,000 + 20 % HRA for SRF / Rs. 25,000 + 20 % HRA for JRF (pre-revised) Project duration: One year or till the duration of the project General Terms and Conditions: The position is purely temporary and on contractual basis. The position is co-terminus with the project. Candidate selected for this position can also apply for the regular PhD program of INST provided they satisfy eligibility criteria. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
