Applications are invited for filling up of following temporary vacancies of Project Scientists and Research Fellow to the plan Scheme “Centre for Bioactive substances from Marine Organisms” in this University.

A. Name of Post:- Project Scientist (Category No.1) Number of Vacancy – 1 (One) Qualification : Essential : Ph.D in Life Science/Molecular Biology/Biochemistry.

Desirable : Experience in Marine neutraceutical research and chemical characterization; Experience in cell culture techniques including culture and maintenance of mammalian cells.

Remuneration

: Rs. 25,000/- per month

Maximum age limit : 45 years as on 01.01.2019 B. Name of Post:- Research Fellow : (Category No.2) Number of Vacancy – 1 (One) Qualifications : Essential : M.Sc in Life Science/Molecular Biology/Biochemistry with 2 years research experience.

Desirable : Experience in Marine neutraceutical research and chemical characterization; Experience in cell culture techniques, Analytical Biochemistry/Chemistry.

Remuneration

: Rs. 13,000/-

Maximum age limit : 30 years as on 01.01.2019
