WALK IN INTERVIEW Candidates are invited for appearing in Walk-in-Interview for six positions to work in the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC, UK) sponsored Internationally Funded Project “Bioenergy,Fertiliser and Clean Water from Invasive Aquatic Macrophytes (BEFWAM)” sanctioned up to January 2022. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Name of the post: Research Fellow; Number of posts: 3 (Three) Research Fellow 1 &2: Essential qualification:M.Sc. Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Life science/ Environmental Science/ Chemistry having a minimum of 55% marks.Candidates having NET/GATE in concerned subjects and /or knowledge in biogas generation techniques are desirable. Age: generally below 28.

Research Fellow 3: Essential qualification:M.Sc. in Agricultural economics/MA in Rural Management/ MA in Rural Studies/ MSW, having a minimum of 55% mark. NET will be preferred wherever applicable. Experiences in community work and /or energy related work in rural sector is desirable. Age : generally below 28 years.

B. Name of the post: ProjectManager; Number of post: 1 (One) Essential qualification: PhD with five year experience and knowledge in handling projects and scientific data.

The project manager should have sufficient experiences in administrative, financial and academic activities.

Research experiences in the field of biogas and microbiology are desirable. Candidates should have at least 3 publications in peer reviewed journals. Age : generally below 40 years.
