Essential Qualification 1. Ph.D in any subject as mentioned in the list given at Annexure-1 or having 3 years of Research and Development or Techno-administrative experience after M.Tech in the list given at Annexure-1. OR 2. M.Sc in any subject as mentioned in the list given at Annexure-1 with 3 years of Research and Development or Techno-administrative experience. 1. Fellowship Amount For 1, Fellowship will be RS. 36,000/- +HRA OR For 2, Fellowship will be RS. 29,000/- (Without HRA) For 1, fellowships will be Rs. 25000/- + HRA OR For 2, fellowship will be Rs. 18,720/- (Without HRA)

The above posts are purely adhoc, temporary and contractual in nature and are in force for a maximum period of 06 (six) months. Maximum age on the date of interview of the applicant should be 45 years for Research Associate and 40 years for Junior Research Fellow. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Eligible and Interested Candidates have to report at the venue at 09:00 AM on Tuesday, 26th November, 2019 at Gujarat Biotechnology Research Centre, Block B & D, 6th Floor, M S Building, Sector-11, Gandhinagar-382011. The candidates arriving upto 11:00 AM shall be considered for the selection process. The walk-in interview will be on 26th November, 2019 at 11:00 AM. The selection will be done based on written test and/or interview, depending on the number of candidates reporting for selection. The selected candidates are entitled for 01 (one) monthly casual leave. In the case of resignation by the candidate, 15 days’ notice has to be served and no leave shall be entertained in the notice period. In the case of relieving the candidate by GSBTM, 15 days’ notice will be served by GSBTM, and salary for the same period will be given. Candidates appearing for the selection process, should bring xerox copy of age proof, educational qualification and experience along with the original copies of the document for verification. The selected candidates will have to join GSBTM within 7 days of receiving the joining letter.
