RECRUITMENT OF PROJECT ASSOCIATE LEVEL - I ADVERTISEMENT NO.
CSIR – Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysuru, a constituent National Laboratory of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of 03 (Three) position(s) of PROJECT ASSOCIATE LEVEL-I initially for a period of 01 Year (Project duration for 3 Years) or till the projectis over ona temporarycontractual basis in the project entitled “Formulation and product development of Ayurveda recipes and nutritional evaluation of selected products” (GAP-0634) tenable at the Department of Traditional Foods & Applied Nutrition, CSIR-CFTRI,Mysuru,Karnataka.
Essential Qualifications:
M.Sc. (Molecular Biology) - One position
M.Sc. (Biochemistry) - One position
M.Sc. (Food Science & Nutrition) - One position
Job Requirements: To carry experiments under the supervision of PI & project team as per the objectives of the funded project.
Emoluments: Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) plus 18% HRA per month.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Candidatesshouldnothaveexceeded 35 yearsofageason 07 04 2023 i.e.thelastdateofreceiving theapplications.
2. The engagement of is exclusively for the above-mentioned research work.
3. The engagementwill be contractual andpurelyontemporarybasis for a period of 01 Year, or coterminuswiththeproject,whicheverisearlier.
4. Theengagementundertheexternallyfundedprojectdoesnotconferanyright/claimwhatsoever either explicitlyorimplicitlyonthe appointee forregular appointmentinCSIR-CFTRI, againstany postorotherwiseunderanylegalconditionsprecedent.
5. PerformanceoftheProjectStaffwillbereviewedeverysixmonths.Incasetheperformanceisnot satisfactory,the engagementcouldbe terminatedwithonemonth’s noticeor onemonth’sstipend inlieuthereof.
6. NoTA/DAwillbegiventothecandidatesforattendingtheinterview.
7. If already the candidate is working in CSIR-CFTRI “No objection certificate” from the PI is mandatoryatthetimeofinterview.
