Identity V erification: T he candidates w hen called to appear in the w ritten test m ust carry at least one valid P hoto Identity Card (in original and one photocopy), bearing P hotograph, N am e; D ate o f Birth o f the C andidate, such as E PIC Card, D riving License, PA N C ard, Passport, A adhaar C ard, Identity Card issued by the G overnm ent to the E xam ination C entre. T he photocopy w ill be retained by the Institute for verification purpose.

All candidates found eligible for the posts applied, based on the details filled in the application form , will be called for the w ritten test provisionally. N o photocopy o f any o f docum ent pertaining to their eligibility/caste/date o f birth/experience, etc is required to be enclosed along with the form . The details subm itted by the candidates in their application form will be verified w ith th eir original docum ents at the docum ent verification stage before o ffer o f appointm ent letter is issued.

17.

T he age relaxation for reserved category candidates shall be adm issible only in case o f vacancies reserved for such categories. T he reserved category candidates, who apply against unreserved post, are not entitled for any age relaxation. H ow ever, the applicants belonging to Persons w ith D isability (PW D ) category shall be entitled to gel age relaxation as adm issible to them irrespective o f the fact w hether the post(s) is/are reserved for PW I) o r otherw ise, if such posts are identified suitable for the PVVI) category.

18.

M axim um age lim it is relaxable by 5 years for candidates w ho had ordinarily been dom iciled in the State o f Jam m u and K ashm ir during the period 01.01.1980

to

31.12.1989 as per G overnm ent o f India G .S.R . 208(E ) dated the 10" A pril, 1997, as am ended from tim e to tim e. A ge relaxation to the extent as laid dow n by the Govt, o f India for w idow s, divorced w om en & w om en ju d ic ially separated from their husbands, sportspersons, E x-servicem en and to any o th er category as laid dow n by the Govt, o f India from tim e to tim e, w ill also be available.

19.

Institute In-charge reserves the right to cancel the advertisem ent/recruitm ent for all/any o f the posts w ithout assigning any reason.
