 great
 opportunity

 Uganda
 but
 hastens
 to
 add
 that
 the

 advantages
 and
 a
 challenge
 to
 the
 government
 to
 support
 the
 Federation.

 renovation.

 2018,
 Uganda
 got
 some
 relief
 when
 Makerere
 U n i v e r s i t y k i c k e d o ff t h e
 c o n s t r u c t i o n o f a n i n d o o r
 Arena
 in
 preparation
 for
 the
 3rd
 W orld
 University
 Netball
 Championships.

Prior
 to
 the
 competitions,
 the
 Arena
 was
 quickly
 decorated
 with
 banners
 to
 cover
 the
 un­

p l a s t e r e d w a l l s a n d
 provisions
 of
 temporary
 tents
 to
 act
 as
 changing
 rooms
 for
 p l a y e r s a s w e l l a s m o b i l e
 toilets.
 However ,

 arena
 which
 was
 constructed
 by
 the
 UPDF
 Engineering
 Brigade
 is
 yet
 to
 be
 completed.
