FREE COMMUNITY EVENT
OcSOBERfest is a free community festival—where the food gets loaded and the crowd stays sober! Add decadent delights to your festival foods with unlimited sweet and savory toppings, you can layer on the flavor all afternoon.
We’re countering the stigma of addiction in our community with good times and a great sense of humor. Join us for a day of autumn-themed activities and incredible entertainment, including a giant-sized inflatable experience, pumpkin painting, face painting interactive performances, and entertainment from DJ Billy Lyve.
This fun-filled, family-friendly event is hosted by the Westminster Rescue Mission, which is home to the Addiction Healing Center, a CARF-accredited long-term residential recovery program, and the Mission Food Program, a distribution partner of the Maryland Food Bank and the largest redistributor of food in Carroll County
