grandson bears my father’s middle name, and one granddaughter carries my mother’s maiden name. I pray that my children, my grandchildren, and their children will understand the impact that my parents had on me.

Loving Children – Growing Families The family that was formed in 1964 was blessed with two additions – a sister in 1968 and a brother in 1973. God’s amazing providence created a beautiful family that presently includes seven children, twelve grandchildren, and twenty-one great-grandchildren. Family means everything to me – the laughter, the crying, the grief, the heartbreaks, the joys, and the celebrations. My adoptive parents, Fred and Mary Jane Farr, thought that my siblings and I were worth the sacrifice, and they made all the difference in my life on earth.

That same spirit of sacrifice on behalf of the vulnerable fuels my service as the Executive Director of Georgia Right to Life. My prayer is that the Lord will use the organization to restore legal protection to all innocent human life, and the recognition that each person is made in the image of God with the inalienable right to life.
