Tell us what you're hoping to see or do while you're in town and we'll coordinate it all. Boat rentals, a round of golf, ATV trail riding, dinner reservations, or even simple grocery shopping. EMPTY TRASH Our housekeeping team will remove garbage and recycling after check-out. Please leave it in the cans. Overflow trash can be set on the screened porch for pick up at check-out. Please do not leave garbage outside where wildlife can get into it.

DISHES Please wash all dishes and return to their place in the cupboards.

LIGHTS, LOCKS, & FIREPLACE Please double check to ensure all lights are off and the wood stove is shut off prior to check-out. Lock all doors too, thanks!

LOG OUT OF STREAMING ACCOUNTS Please make sure to log out of all streaming services on TV.

BEFORE YOU GO

Strip linens (sheets & pillow cases) from beds and leave outside bedrooms in hallways. This really helps our cleaning team get the house ready for the next guest.

Smoking is only allowed outside. Please help us keep the grounds clean by picking up your used cigarette butts.

Dogs are allowed with a signed pet agreement and pet fee. Please be respectful to help keep the cabin in good condition for the next guest.

River End A-Frame is located at the end of a dead-end, minimummaintenance road. 4x4 vehicles are a must in the Winter and Spring, but are recommended all year round. There is ample parking for up to 3 vehicles.

The property is on a well and septic system. Please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper.

Please be respectful of the Crow Wing County policy and observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am daily.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES LITTLE PINE RIVER Bring your kayak with and hit the Little Pine River. Launch with ease as the river runs right next to the cabin.

FIRE PIT Sit around and tell ghost stores or roast some s'mores. A MN northwoods vacation isn't complete without a bonfire!

ATV & UTV TRAILS The Emily Area is well known for its ATV & UTV trails. Hit the trails and explore miles of beautiful MN northwoods.

SNOWSHOEING / XC SKIING Bring with your snowshoes or cc skies and explore the peacefulness of this property's 40 acres.

WILDLIFE Wildlife is present including bears, wolves, and coyotes. Please keep a safe distance as wildlife can be unpredictable. In addition, we keep the surroundings natural and do not spray for mosquitoes. If coming in late spring or summer please plan to bring bug spray.

A family-fun and affordable public golf course, spend the day golfing Emily's 18-hole golf course.

WHISTLING WOLF MINI GOLF Challenge your friends and family to a round of mini golf at Whistling Wolf or try their Dark Moon Mega Mini Golf for some added challenge!

Local ice cream and candy shop, also featuring clothing and up north-themed gifts for the whole family.

Ranging from rocky and hilly to flat and open, beginners and advance riders alike will enjoy this trail. Many communities along the trail are ATV-friendly, allowing ATV travel within city limits. Please be aware that portions of the trail share the road with vehicle traffic.

WASHBURN LAKE SKI TRAILS 12+ miles of groomed track set. Mostly "more difficult" level trails. Winds around several scenic lakes including Washburn, Grasshopper and Bear Lakes. Adjoins Land O'Lakes State Forest, and Washburn Lake Solitude Area. Shelters with fireplaces along trails. Maps along trail. Horseback riding allowed. Ski Pass required.
