The garbage can is stored outside on the back deck. Please put all trash inside the can for pick up before leaving Recycling can be brought to the Nisswa recyling center behind the fire department or to Cass County Transfer Station in Pine River
Strip linens (sheets & pillow cases) from beds and leave outside bedrooms in hallways. This really helps our cleaning team get the house ready for the next guest!
Do one last check to make sure all interior/exterior lights are turned off and the door is locked upon departure.
Please wash any used dishes and return to their place in the cupboards.
Please make sure to log out of all streaming services on TVs

Smoking is only allowed outside. Please help us keep the grounds clean by picking up your used cigarette butts.
Dogs are allowed with a signed pet agreement and pet fee Please be respectful to help keep the cabin in good condition for the next guest.
Park cars alongside the back of the house in the worn dirt/grassy area Please be careful not to drive vehicles up past the front door to prevent damage to the underground septic system.
The property is on a well and septic systems. Please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper
Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10pm to 7am daily.

Streaming is available in the cabin The Smart TV has multiple streaming options available. Don’t forget to log out!
Firewood is provided and stored on the lakeside deck in the firewood rack. Please help yourself!
Thermostats are located on the walls throughout the cabin to control the baseboard heat Turn the knobs to your desired temperature. There is no a/c.
A vacuum and broom are located in the kitchen cabinet next to the patio door as well as trash bags and a fire extinguisher.
The kitchen is stocked with appliances and ready to help you create culinary delights for your family — or head out and visit one of the many nearby restaurants instead! We won't judge.
Nothing says morning at the lake like a fresh cup of coffee! Usually, guests leave filters behind — feel free to use them!
There is no laundry on-site at Eagle’s Rest. For laundry needs, the Pine River laundromat is a 12-minute drive away.
Gather around the table and play a friendly game of poker!
Eagle’s Rest is equipped with a Smart TV on the lower level. Simply login to your preferred platform and start watching! Don't forget to log out when you're done
Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy a friendly game of cribbage. Cribbage board is located in the tall kitchen cabinet behind the fridge.
Nothing is better than cozying up in front of a fireplace. Wood is provided and can be found on the lakeside deck.
The dart board is located downstairs. Enjoy!
Bring your gear with and drop a line in! Walleye, Northern Pike Bass, and Panfish are by the plenty in Upper Whitefish Lake Reach out to us for a local guide recommendation!
For your use there are 2 kayaks, 1 SUP, and 1 canoe onsite They are located down near the shore Please return as you found them after use.
The entire Whitefish Chain of Lakes is right out your back door. Need a boat rental? Let our concierge team know and we can help you cruise the Whitefish Chain (14 lakes to be exact!)
