Vacations should be easy and we mean really easy Tell us what you're hoping to see/do while you're in town and we'll coordinate it all. Boat rentals, rounds of golf, ATV trail riding, dinner reservations, or even simple grocery shopping (Snipe hunts anyone?). We can tackle all the details, you just enjoy the stay. We’re proud to call this area “home” and hope you come to love it as much as we do. From the majestic pines (woods) to the crystal clear waters of our lakes and rivers (water) and everything in between, you’ll find so much to fall in love with. The hardest part will be leaving - that's why they call it a Minnesota goodbye!

EMPTY TRASH

Please ensure all trash is emptied and placed in the red garbage bins on the side of the house. Double-bag any meats or animal products to help deter wildlife

LIGHTS + LOCKS

Please shut off all lights and ensure all windows and doors are securely locked before departing.

WASH DISHES

Please wash all dishes and return to their place in the cupboards

Smoking is only allowed outside. Please help us keep the grounds clean by picking up your used cigarette butts.

NOISE

Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe Quiet Hours from 10pm to 7am daily.

PETS

Please be respectful of the owner's family cabin. No pets are allowed at Cree Bay

PARKING

Please do not park vehicles on the road or restrict neighbor's access to their properties. No more than 4 vehicles parked onsite at a time.

SEPTIC SYSTEM

The property is on a well and septic systems. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper, please.

HELPFUL HINTS

Let's take the guesswork out of your vacation We've put together the following pages of helpful hints so you can spend more time enjoying and relaxing and less time looking for the ironing board

GARBAGE & RECYCLING

Please bring all garbage and place in the red Pequot Sanitation containers on the left side of the house (as you're facing the front door).

We're happy to offer co-mingled recycling at Cree Bay Please utilize the can with the yellow lid for all recycling.

PARKING

The parking pad provides ample space for parking multiple vehicles. There is even enough room if you've got a boat trailer! Please keep vehicles off the grass (this helps protect our sprinkler heads)

THERMOSTAT

The thermostat is located on the wall as you enter the bedroom Use the arrow pad to select your desired temperature but please keep it between 68-74 degrees.

ENTERTAINMENT

TVs

There are two TVs at Cree Bay; one in the bedroom and one in the living room Simply login to your preferred platform and start watching! Don't forget to log out when you're done.

LAUNDRY

There is a stacked washer & dyer in the closet between the kitchen and the front door. Here are some additional laundry hints:

LAUNDRY DETERGENT

On the shelf in the laundry room you'll find some detergent to help get you started.

1/2 a cap should be plenty for most loads

DRY A LOAD

Add spun laundry to dryer (don't overfill), select dry cycle, add dryer sheet if desired, and hit start.

WASH A LOAD

Add your laundry (don't overfill), add soap by pulling out the soap reservoir, select wash cycle, and hit start.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

FIRE PIT

No stay at Cree Bay is complete without at least one fire at our lakeside fire pit Don't forget to stop and grab a bundle or two of wood on your drive up! Sometimes guests leave behind leftover bundles. Feel free to use them!

BBQ GRILL

On the lakeside patio, right off the back door is our Gas Grill for all your BBQing needs Propane is provided Grill tools are stored near the grill Please let our team know if you need a propane refill
