Smoking is only allowed outside. Please help us keep the grounds clean by picking up your used cigarette butts.

Please only use the elevator for guests who need additional assistance going up and down the stairs.

Please help us take care of Woodhaven by cleaning up after your pets and keeping them off the furniture. Remember, only approved pets are allowed on the property

DECOR

The home has been carefully designed with many local, culturally significant pieces Please admire their beauty but take care of them.

SEPTIC SYSTEM

The property is on a well and septic systems. Please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper.

Let's take the guesswork out of your vacation We've put together the following pages of helpful hints so you can spend more time enjoying and relaxing and less time looking for the ironing board.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING

Please place all garbage in the black garbage cans stored in the garage.

Please place any recycling in a separate black garbage can so we can take it to the recycling center. Thank you for recycling!

PARKING

The driveway is available for parking during your stay, including in front of the attached garage Please do not park on the lawn

Downstairs near the elevator, you'll find the darts board to enjoy Hope your aim is better than ours!

KITCHEN

DRIP COFFEE POTS

Nothing says morning at the lake like a fresh cup of coffee! We have two drip coffee pots for your use. Typically, guests leave plenty of filters behind. Please help yourself! (You can find filters in the cupboards above the coffee pot.)

FULLY STOCKED

The kitchen at Woodhaven has everything you need to cook for a large group or gathering.

WOLF - GAS RANGE OVEN

A top-of-the-line, gas-range oven to let the inner chef in you shine! (Or contact us to hire a private chef for your stay!)

EXTRA FREEZER SPACE

If you need extra freezer space, help yourself to the chest freezer located by the entry door in the garage.

GELATO MAKER

In the downstairs kitchen/bar, you'll find a countertop gelato machine. Enjoy!

LAUNDRY

The washer and dryer are located downstairs (right next to the dartboard and across from the shuffleboard).

LAUNDRY DETERGENT

In the cupboard to the left of the washer/dryer you'll find some detergent to help get you started.

1/2 a cap should be plenty for most loads

WASH A LOAD

Add your laundry (don't overfill), add soap by pulling out the soap reservoir, select wash cycle and hit start.

DRY A LOAD

Add spun laundry to dryer (don't overfill), select dry cycle, add dryer sheet if desired and hit start.

IRONING

Need those shirt or pants ironed for your big day? Or maybe you just like to iron? In the laundry room near the bench is a wall mounted iron and ironing board (inside the cupboard).

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

FIRE PIT

No stay at Woodhaven is complete without at least one fire at our lakeside fire pit. Located on the patio outside the walkout basement doors (to the left).

LAKESIDE GAZEBO

Located just feet from the water's edge. Enjoy listening to the waves and the loons surrounded by family and friends in the bugfree comfort of the screened gazebo!

BBQ GRILL

On the lakeside deck please enjoy our Weber grill for all of your barbecuing needs. There is a backup propane tank in the garage if you need additional propane during your stay.

HOT TUB

No matter the season, take a relaxing soak in the Jacuzzi hot tub! Turn the key to raise the lid (and please don't forget close it when you're done.)

SAUNA

Located right off the downstairs kitchen, the sauna is sure to put you in a relaxing mood during your stay!
