Please ensure all trash is emptied and placed in the dumpster/ garbage cart. Double-bag any meats or animal products to help deter wildlife.
Strip linens (sheets & pillow cases) from beds and leave outside bedrooms in hallway (this really helps our cleaning team get the house ready for the next guest).
Please load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run a cycle before leaving.

Smoking is only allowed outside. Please help us keep the grounds clean by picking up your used cigarette butts.
Pets are not allowed inside the cabin. Please be respectful to help keep the cabin in good condition for the next guest.
Please do not park vehicles on the street or block neighbor's driveways. Cars should be parked on the pad in front of the garage. No more than 4 cars.
The property is on a well and septic systems Please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper.
Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10pm to 7am daily
Let's take the guesswork out of your vacation We've put together the following pages of helpful hints so you can spend more time enjoying and relaxing and less time looking for the ironing board.
Please bring all garbage to the bin at the end of the driveway Bag animal products (like meat) in a plastic bag before disposing to help deter wildlife.
While we don't currently offer recycling services at Sunset Beach on Round Lake we do encourage it Recycling can be dropped off behind the Nisswa Fire Dept.
The pad in front of the garage is our designated parking area and is ideally suited for four vehicles. Please help keep the neighbors happy and avoid parking on the street.
The kitchen is stocked with a coffee pot, blender, toaster and hand mixer. As well as various casserole and baking pans. Or head out and visit one of the many nearby restaurants instead! We won't judge.
Nothing says morning at the lake like a fresh cup of coffee! There is a duo coffee pot (drip and single serve) for your use. Typically guests leave plenty of filters behind. Help yourself!
The laundry room is located right off the main entry (to the right as you enter the house).
Add your laundry (don't overfill), add soap by pulling out the soap reservoir, select wash cycle and hit start.
Add spun laundry to dryer (don't overfill), select dry cycle, add dryer sheet if desired and hit start.
Is it even a northwoods MN getaway without a bonfire? Enjoy our lakeside firepit and soak up the MN summer.
Don't forget to stop on you rway up and grab a bundle or two of wood Sometimes guests will leave some behind - feel free to use!
Take the boat for a cruise around the lake Watch the depth by the dock as its pretty shallow!
On the lakeside deck please enjoy our propane grill for all your BBQing needs. There is a backup propane tank in the boat house if you need additional propane during your stay
Located in the lakeside boat house there are two SUP for your use Life jackets are there for safety, too!
