Managing Change: A Key Component to Living a Great Life

If there's one thing we can all agree on, it's that change is inevitable. Whether it's a change in our personal lives or professional lives, change is something that we all have to deal with at one point or another. And while change can be difficult, it's important to remember that managing change is a key component to living a great life.

When it comes to change management, there are a few things that are important to keep in mind. First and foremost, you need to have an adequate reservoir of physical, mental, emotional, and feminine energy. This will give you the power and strength you need to make changes in your life confidently and smoothly.

Secondly, it's important to remember that not all change is bad. In fact, some changes can be really good for us! Embrace the good changes and let them help you achieve the life you ' ve always wanted. Lastly, when managing change effectively, it will lead to a sense of confidence, power, and peace.

So how do we go about managing change effectively?

Below are three tips that will help you through the process:

#1 - Make a Plan One, of the most important things you can do when managing change is to make a plan. What do you want to achieve? What steps do you need to take to get there? When you have a plan in place, it'll be much easier for you to stay on track and make positive changes in your life.

#2 - Take Things One Step at a Time, When making big changes in your life, it's important not to bite off more than you can chew. Instead of trying to make all the changes at once, take things one step at a time. This will help prevent overwhelm and will increase your chances of success.

#3 - Get Support, Making big changes in your life can be tough, which is why it's so important to get support from those who love and care about you. Lean on your family and friends for support and guidance during this time of transition. They'll be more than happy to help! And if you don't feel comfortable talking to those close to you about what you ' re going through, consider talking to a therapist or counselor. They can provide impartial support and insight that can really help during times of change.

Making positive changes in our lives is not always easy or quick, but change is always worth it. By following the tips above, you'll be well on your way to successfully managing change like a pro! And remember, if at any point you need additional support, don't hesitate to reach out to those who love and care about you. We all need a little help from time to time!

Conquering my fear of starting over was a major obstacle for me. After several attempts to earn my Bachelor's degree and countless disappointments on my journey to establishing my organization, I could not help wondering if things would be the same as before. Despite my justifiable concerns, I prayed and asked God for help. I starved my fear and fed faith. I stopped worrying and started to worship. I praised Him to alleviate the pressure. I overcame being told that college was not an option for me due to my Autism, developmental disabilities, and functionality limitations. Although I was disappointed, my family and I began to search for ways for me to have a productive life.

Although there were other options, God led us to His Plan for my life in a miraculous way. My Mom shared my testimony with the seminary president she was attending. He was so touched by God's power in my life that he selected me to receive the 2022 Integrity Seminary Honorary Doctorate Degree. I am incredibly grateful.

What's next for Dr. Jayla

I am ecstatic to begin working in my new non-profit organization, Dr. Jayla's Office of H.O.P.E.

My Mom continues to write books that share testimonies of our experiences to encourage other individuals, parents, and families who have been affected by Autism, Disabilities, and Special Needs.

We are excited about our upcoming projects, future events, and establishing new partnerships that will allow us to serve various populations locally, nationally, and globally.

She is the founder of One-Story University & Coaching Academy where she specializes in producing anthologies and serves as the creative story coach to aspiring authors providing author coaching, marketing and business coaching to entrepreneurs. As a minister of the Gospel, she has devoted her life to sharing the message of hope on as many platforms as possible. Paulette preaches, “Live with purpose. Don’t limit God. Who I am?

Paulette Harper is a speaker, book coach and global voice for emotional wellness and personal development. She teaches women how to change the narrative and turn those painful experiences into writing best-selling books, starting business and creating programs.

As a speaker, she partners with women who are broken and looking for solutions! She is committed to empowering and equipping them with tools to unapologetically share their voices and stories, as well as helping them push past barriers and discover their purpose, so they may become the best version of themselves.

After being married for 23 years to a pastor and experiencing one of the darkest moments in my life, the divorce left me in a state of hopelessness, severe depression, feelings of fear, loneliness, doubt and thoughts of suicide.

I refuse to believe that God didn’t allow me to go this in vain. I believe that every pain and heartbreak I was experiencing had a purpose.

I was committed to doing the transformational work that required me to go deep within myself and by getting a clearer direction God for my life.
