RIVER TOWER AT HARBOR’S EDGE
River Tower is a striking 23 story, 147 unit Independent Living tower within the Harbor’s Edge community in Norfolk, Virginia. The tower rises above a three story podium that features a 250 space parking garage, 14 premium flats, and an array of vibrant common areas including multiple dining venues, a central kitchen, outdoor terrace, multipurpose and activity rooms, living and entertainment spaces, a salon spa, and essential support areas.
The community dedicates the third floor to its healthcare neighborhood, offering 30 Assisted Living units in a thoughtfully designed setting. This level connects seamlessly to the existing Harbor’s Edge facility via an 83 foot enclosed bridge, ensuring continuity of care and convenience for residents.

PORTSIDE AT GRANDE DUNES
Portside at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, is a two‑phase senior living campus designed to support residents as their needs evolve. Directly across from Grand Strand Medical Center, the location provides convenient access to acute care. Phase I features a 125,000 square foot Assisted Living building with 80 residences and an attached Memory Care building with 32 suites. Phase II adds a four‑story, 150,000 square foot Independent Living building with 134 residences, plus eight duplex cottages offering 16 additional homes.
Residents enjoy a wide range of amenities, including a saltwater pool, pickleball court, dog park, children’s playground, restaurant, bar, golf simulator, luxury salon and spa, and an art studio that fosters multigenerational creativity.

At the heart of Anchor Cove, a new community center will serve as a lively hub for culture and connection, complete with a 300‑seat theater, dining room, art studio, and dedicated music rooms. LUTHERAN SERVICES TRINITY LANDING
Trinity Landing, overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway in Wilmington, North Carolina, offers seniors an independent living experience shaped by coastal beauty and resort style comfort. Spanning 516,000 square feet across two campuses, the community includes 184 independent living residences in wood framed multi story apartment buildings and spacious two story villas.
At the heart of the community, the vibrant Town Center offers multiple dining venues, a salon and spa, media center, beer garden, concierge services, and a state of the art Wellness Center. Scenic walking paths weave through landscaped courtyards and villa neighborhoods, connecting residents to the Town Center and leading to a waterfront boardwalk featuring a pavilion, dock, and boat slips ‑ perfect for embracing life on the water.

LAKEWOOD MANOR CLUBHOUSE
& HYBRID HOMES
Lakewood Manor Life Plan Community in Richmond, Virginia, enhanced its campus with significant additions and renovations. The project introduced two three‑story, wood‑framed apartment buildings with 10 residences each, along with a new Clubhouse Apartment and Amenities Building. This modern hub features an indoor pool, aerobics studio, main kitchen and dining venues, a fully equipped fitness center, and 44 additional apartments. In total, the expansion added 213,000 square feet of new living and amenity space.
Throughout the project, the campus remained fully operational. W. M. Jordan Company supported residents with regular construction updates and Town Hall meetings, helping ensure a smooth experience and minimal disruption to daily life.

APARTMENTS AT PATRIOTS COLONY
Patriots Colony, a Life Plan Community in Williamsburg, Virginia, expanded its campus with three new five‑story Presidents Pavilion apartment buildings. Each pavilion features four levels of Assisted Living residences above convenient, covered ground‑floor parking, adding 60 thoughtfully designed new homes to the community.
Blending seamlessly with Patriots Colony’s signature Colonial Williamsburg architecture, the hybrid homes showcase classic brick‑accented exteriors and inviting, residential character. Inside, residents can choose from three spacious floor plans, each offering open‑concept living, a generous master suite with walk‑in closets, and a private covered balcony or patio for outdoor enjoyment.

LIFESPIRE CULPEPER EXPANSION
The Lifespire Culpeper Life Plan Community has expanded with a new five‑story, 123,313 square foot building that enhances its full continuum of care. The addition includes 48 Assisted Living units, 32 Skilled Nursing units, 16 Rehabilitation units, and 32 secure Memory Care units designed specifically for residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
The expansion features a dedicated memory‑support neighborhood with a secure courtyard, multiple dining venues, a fitness and wellness area, a short‑term rehab‑to‑home neighborhood, a chapel/assembly room, a beauty salon, and larger, modern residential apartments for seniors.

COVENANT WOODS PHASE III EXPANSION
Covenant Woods, a Life Plan Community in Hanover County, Virginia, sits on a 75‑acre campus and recently completed a major expansion. The project added a 260,000 square foot Independent Living building with 84 apartments, an 85 space underground garage, a full‑service restaurant with outdoor patio, private dining, and a bar‑equipped commons area. Independent Living also includes 22 cottages ranging from 1,600 to 2,000 square feet.
A new 30,000 square foot community center brings expanded dining, a lounge, a kitchen, a lobby, and cultural arts space. Renovated commons areas feature a larger kitchen, café/bistro, formal and private dining, and takeout service. A former multipurpose room was converted into a modern fitness center connected to a new aquatics center with a spa and administrative offices. Outdoor upgrades include an irrigation pond, scenic walking trails with bridges, and substantial retaining walls.
