SGA leaders talk meal swipe donations, ‘chill vibes’ with Herald editors

WKU students will soon be able to move meal swipes over to fellow Hilltoppers’ accounts.

“Swipe it Forward” is a program that will allow students to donate and request meal swipes, said WKU Student Government Association Chief of Staff Maggie Yelton. The program was one of many things SGA executives discussed with the Herald Editorial Board on Wednesday.

Tables lined the sidewalks of Centennial Mall as organizations gathered to connect attendees to campus accessibility resources and organizations.

WKU hosted an “Accessibility Awareness Fair” from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday, organized by the Raising Awareness of Disability and Neurodiversity at WKU Project, or the RADAR Project.

WKU Soccer returns home to face Austin Peay

WKU Soccer will look to move past its two-game losing streak as it returns to the WKU Soccer Complex to face Austin Peay on Thursday.

The Hilltoppers returned from a road trip to Alabama last week, losing 1-0 to UAB on Thursday and 2-0 to Samford on Sunday.
