SOKY Center ayuda ‘encontrar tu luz interior’ con yoga en español

Para Julia Rivas, yoga no es solamente un ejercicio; es una manera de parar y respirar.
Durante noviembre, Rivas ha estado teniendo clases de yoga en español en el SOKY Center. Estas clases basadas en donaciones, diseñadas para todas edades y niveles, están teñidas exclusivamente en español.
Rivas, un instructor de tiempo completo de Aprendizaje de Universidad en WKU y consejera licenciada profesional, encontró yoga durante su tiempo como un estudiante de licenciatura en WKU.
