OPINION: ‘Man’s Best Friend’ by Sabrina Carpenter review

The newest princess of pop returned with her divisive “Man’s Best Friend” as Sabrina Carpenter’s new album hit shelves and streaming on Aug 29.

After the incredible hit that was “Short n’ Sweet,” the former Disney star returned with her seventh studio album.

From displaying Laufey albums, handing out free tampons and giving a “Pride and Prejudice” book CPR, baggy-clothed students performed at WKU’s first-ever performative male contest and period protest. The event took place in Centennial Mall at 2 p.m. Saturday. Performative male contests have swept college campuses and major cities following an online trend.

Sports Editor Nathan Mueller and Assistant Sports Editor Michael Givner talk about WKU Football. Sports Reporters Peyton Reid and Morgan Larkins talk about the Lady Toppers Volleyball news. Sports Reporter David Quintanilla is joined by Givner to talk about WKU Women's Soccer. Quintanilla is then joined by News Editor Anthony Clauson to talk about boxing.
