SGA announces PFT air conditioning to be fixed

Soon-to-be Campus Improvements and Sustainability Committee Chair Emily Reinneck is sworn in on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 in Senate Chambers (Jonah Savage)

Student Body President Rush Robinson announced that the HVAC system in Pearce Ford Tower is in the process of being repaired at the first meeting of the 25th Senate.

After receiving some concern from students, Robinson announced at the Student Government Association meeting on Tuesday that Executive Director for Housing & Residence Life Catherine LaRoche assured him they are working on getting the air conditioning repaired in PFT.

BG Chamber of Commerce to host Welcome Back WKU event

The Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce will host local businesses and vendors Wednesday for Welcome Back WKU.

The event will be held on South Lawn from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Students can win prizes, enter giveaways and play games set up by businesses.
