By the Editor-in-Chief, Emma Kammholz My freshman year, I was a writer for several issues of the Pilot. I joined the editing staff my sophomore year and worked on editing articles and using InDesign to format and place them. Pilot gave me a lot of fun experience throughout my years at Wisco! I had the opportunity to learn how to use technology to format articles and improved my writing and interview skills as well! This year, I was Editor-in-Chief,so on top of my other duties, I oversaw all of the operations of the newspaper, planned meetings, and worked with the editing team to publish articles. Pilot really made such an impact on me and helped me find my passion in journalism and writing. I plan to pursue a degree in Multimedia Journalism this fall at Loyola University in Chicago! I am so excited to use my passion that I discovered here to serve the Lord and others in the world. Photos by In-Focus Photography
