Scott Bezsylko
Executive Director | Winston Preparatory School
Scott has served as an adjunct faculty member at Teachers College Columbia University Child Study Center and is the former Director of Education at the Janus School. He is a frequent featured speaker on the education of learning disabled students and has authored several research articles on NVLD and social emotional learning. As Winston Prep’s Executive Director for over 20 years, Scott has been instrumental in the development and successful implementation of the responsive, individualized educational model that is practiced today.

Andy has been an advocate for students with learning disabilities for more than 30 years. He leads Feinstein Education Law Group, co-chairs COPAA’s Government Relations Committee, and serves as a treasurer and government relations chair for SEEK. He is also a professor of special education law at Central Connecticut State University and has extensive legislative experience.

Naomi is a special education parent and attorney for children with disabilities, with a focus on exclusionary discipline. As the Vice President of SEEK and a member of its Advocacy Committee, Naomi has testified before the Connecticut General Assembly and meets with legislators to discuss how public policies may impact special education students and their families.
