Sleeveless tops, shorts, and yes, bathing suits, will be coming out of hiding for the warmer days ahead. If you dread stepping into these clothes, you may have failed to prioritize your exercise regimen during the cooler months. Don’t fret, however, as it’s never too late to start a workout routine.
At Burn Boot Camp, there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re starting your physical health journey or a gym pro, the South Riding Burn Boot Camp is ready to help you become your best version. The facility builds a positive community and empowers members through challenging workouts instructed by motivating trainers. It’s easy to maintain a fitness routine when one has a supportive environment.
Through the Burn ‘camps,’ elite certified trainers lead group fitness workouts to members in an atmosphere that has the benefits of personal training with community support. The camps are 45 minutes long and are a combination of strength and high-intensity interval training, kicking off with a dynamic warm-up and ending with a finisher. Camps are held on a unique spring-loaded floating floor that’s easy on joints to prevent injury. “At South Riding, we pride ourselves by offering top-notch fitness, brought to you by the top 1% of trainers,” said owner, Rebecca Metzger. “Our certified trainers meet you at your fitness level and work to help you achieve your fitness and nutrition goals through goal setting, encouragement, and training.”
Camps are designed with weekly protocols that ensure no two workouts are the same. There are over 40 camps a week which help to maintain interest and keep muscles guessing. All exercises and movements have modifications to meet you at your fitness level, explained Metzger. “Our workouts target different muscle groups throughout the week, giving you the best results for your time,” she said.
“Workouts can be modified up or down, so our highintensity strength and cardio workouts will push you no matter where you are in your fitness journey. You’ll gain the discipline that transcends fitness and maximizes the quality of your life,” she added.
There’s a variety of cardio, strength training and core workouts to create a balanced fitness routine. The South

Riding location expansive equipment list offers plyo boxes, hurdles, kettlebells, jump ropes, bands, battle ropes, a pull up rig and more. Metzger said her trainers work tirelessly to deliver their best training methods proven to produce results. “Our trainers deliver personalized workouts in a group setting and build confidence and inspire change in members. The community of members within the gym that our staff has worked to build is truly inspirational,” she exclaimed.
Trainers deliver a total body experience. This includes mindset, nutrition, strength and burst training (HIIT), while creating an inviting environment of support to achieve incredible results.



Many of the Burn members and staff live within the community of Willowsford and have helped shape the positive feeling within the studio. Megan Garrison is a resident and Burn trainer. Her favorite part of being a trainer is seeing the members take time for themselves. “Even if they are busy and have other commitments, they take 45 minutes out of their day for their physical and mental well-being,” she said. “They know they will be challenged with different workouts each day of the week.”
As a family-forward community gym, Burn Boot Camp also offers complimentary child watch, a service unique to the industry, to help parents still get their workout in with the confidence that their kids are in safe care. This option is open to children ages 10 weeks to 10 years of age.
