HR: William R. Nash welcomes Paycom’s return!
The Human Resources team is pleased to announce that we are changing back to Paycom! You’ll find Paycom offers you more functionality, plus it’s easy to use, even on your smartphone. You’ll also be introduced to Beti™, Paycom’s automated payroll experience, so you can own and manage your personal pay data. Look forward to 24/7 access to your HR information in Employee Self-Service®, where you can:
• clock in and out
• request time off
• review and approve your paycheck
• see your take-home pay before payday
• enroll in benefits
• change contact information
• review your deductions
• change your withholdings
• change your language preference
To make sure everyone reaps the benefits of this switch, we’re mandating usage of the Paycom app, including approving your paycheck each pay period to ensure you are getting the most accurate pay possible. So we want you to feel confident using it!
First, Paycom will email login information to you the week before we go live. After that, you will need to download the free Paycom Mobile app on either the App Store (for iPhone users) or the Google Play Store (for Android users).

Our Service and Preventative Maintenance Department is GROWING!
1. First 2 quarters have been our busiest ever in our Service history.
2. Our department has grown to over 20 Service Technicians and 18 Services Vans.
3. Maintaining a full-time presence at Baptist Hospital’s Main Campus in Kendall, FL.
4. Added Cleveland Clinic as a new client in Weston, FL.
5. Most recently added HCA as a new client as well at their JFK North and Davie locations.
Safety: William R. Nash is the Safety Champion!
Congratulations to the entire William R. Nash team for putting safety first in 2022! Our team was recognized as the Safety Champion by HB Mechanical Group, based off the company’s TRIR rating! Let’s keep the momentum and remember to work safe- always!

Accounting: Cash is King!
In January, while introducing a new Organizational “Cash Management Contest” HB Mechanical Group recognized William R. Nash for their top-notch cash collecting skills leading all other divisions with the lowest AR over 60 days at the end of 2022! Genna Nash, Collections & AR Administrator, was acknowledged and thanked for taking the initiative and being an excellent WRN team member!
