EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT

Michael Moloney has been with William R. Nash for twenty-one years! Currently he is the Assistant Superintendent at the Boca Raton Regional Hospital CEP project. Michael feels a sense of pride being a part of projects that support his community and the families that live within it. To be able to drive by a hospital and tell his friends and family “I helped build that.” He is straight forward and honest. If he makes a mistake, he will own it. If there is someone on his team who has a good idea- he will make sure other’s know who’s idea it was. He’s not afraid of tough conversations, taking accountability, and being transparent- a true testament to our core values!

JOSE HERNANDEZ Plumbing Foreman

Jose Hernandez has been with William R. Nash for twenty years! Currently he is the Project Foreman at our Mercy Hospital project. Jose thrives on directing the team towards getting the job done correctly. Once complete, he enjoys seeing all the team has accomplished together. He believes in always doing the right thing and giving 100%! Knowing that his team and supervisor have trust in his knowledge motivates him to be the best and continue to grow both personally and professionally.

National Stress Awareness Month

April is National Stress Awareness month and William R. Nash understands the importance of recognizing and dealing with day-to-day stress and anxiety. Please be sure to take a pamphlet from the office and if you’d like a digital version the HR team (humanresources@wrnash.com) can email you one. Remember to also take advantage of our Employee Assistance Program. Counselors are available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.
