Prisma Health

The Prisma Health project consists of an upfit of existing area into a new neuroendovascular suite with an air handler upgrade and medical gas installation.

Hotel Indigo

Hotel Indigo is a 10 story, 298 guest rooms, 241,034 square foot Hotel on Grand Cayman Island.

Scheduled for 30 months and includes 2 Chillers, 9 AHUs, 58

Common Area FCUs, 298 Guest Room FCUs, HXs, Pumps, 20 Ice Storage Units, Linen Chute, and BMS provided by the CM and installed by Nash-Carib. NashCarib to provide and install 62 VAV Boxes, CHW Piping, CW Piping, Ductwork, Insulation and Generator Exhaust Piping, Fire Pumps and Sprinkler System.
