Private Residence Miami Beach

Miami Beach, Florida

This is a high-end residential plumbing project on Miami Beach. The new residence is a 24,035 square feet 2 Story house replacing the previous residence that was built in 1943. There is a detached guest house that is around 1,000 sq ft. plus, spa and outdoor Kitchen.

William R. Nash’s scope consists of sanitary, storm, condensate, domestic water and natural gas systems.

LLC. has been contracted to install the plumbing and medical gas for this project. The connector bridge pictured is what connects the new CEP to the new patient tower. We also see the newly installed Med Gas Compressor along with DW chiller pumps.
