Fawcett Memorial Hospital, an HCA Healthcare facility, is in the process of a multi-phase hospital expansion and renovation. The $60 million project includes expanding critical care units, increasing pre-operative treatment bays, and operating room expansion. The project also includes a new main lobby, registration areas and waiting rooms, as well as other support service needs.

William R. Nash’s scope includes mechanical, plumbing, and med gas services for the 1-story patient tower addition to the existing Emergency Department and renovation of 1st floor patient existing areas. Renovation of 2nd floor existing patient areas associated with connection of the new building to existing. The total square footage for the project is 3,734 square foot of new building space and 20,231 square foot of renovation. Project team consists of Senior Project Manager, Michal Zelowoski, Mechanical Superintendent, Harold Fernandez, and Plumbing Superintendent Eddie Nunez.
