Kathleen Roberts I was that odd kid with a love for words. When my parents were refinishing furniture, I was memorizing the names on the paint strips. The neighborhood kids were used to me referring to things as “ federal blue”, “sea foam green” and “ mahogany”. I wrote my first poem at age 11 while star gazing. I devoured books. In high school I was frequently published in a magazine called Power, which is no longer in publication.
Presently working on a book of moon poems.
