From The Editor
With so much love oozing from my heart, I thank you. Picking up this magazine was the first step that you took to get you here and I am so glad that you did. Not everyone will grab for a copy of Wild Homes & Gardens and I certainly will not lose sleep over it but I do know, the world is waking up. The consciousness is catching up, seeing the grand picture . What was once quackery is now barely a conspiracy theory, what was once shunned and burned is now trending. Not everyone is awake yet and thats okay, we’re here for a short time, lets live Wild + Free and let our souls be the guide.
Take a deep breath and know that you are here for a reason. I am honored and gobsmacked at times at the connections that I have made in the short time that Wild Homes & Gardens has been circulating. In less than a year since the release of the very first issue, our third issue is here and I have learned so so much already.
Connection, Sharing, Inspiration, Learning, Growing, Communing, Rebirth, Soul Work these are just a few of the things that I am here for.
I hope you are too.
Thank YOU. Thank YOU. Thank YOU!

Rare Gem
I so rarely write, but I love words
So I collect them in a box, like a beautiful piece of jewelry
Some are fun to try on “Costume words” but others like an heirloom piece are too precious to be used everyday
So they sit in my velvet lined box waiting for the right opportunity to grace pages, as a diamond would grace my finger
Some words are sharp like the raw edge of an agate
Others are as smooth as a pearl
The beauty isn’t lost on me, I am a glamour girl and these words adorn me.

Books We Love
Before Sappho was Called the Tenth Muse by Plato, a high priestess and poet named Enheduanna of Mesopotamia was writing in the first person about goddesses, priestesses, worshippers, mothers, workers, and rulers. Her unique texts are the earliest known example of first-person writing, and she may be the first known writer to claim authorship of her work.
Precursors of the modern popular love-romance can be found in the sentimental novel Pamela, or Virtue Rewarded, by Samuel Richardson, published in 1740. Pamela was the first popular novel to be based on a courtship as told from the perspective of the heroine.
“I just finished reading the path series by Neri lopez. If you are a fan of erotica but dislike the cardboard characters that don’t stand up and the lack of a story line, then I am with you...
This is where The Path books are refreshingly different. There are characters you will love, a great story line and plot and dare I say a great climax? Pun intended, followed by an ending that delivers. The sex is DELICIOUS without being the first event in the book like other novels that are ill written. The native American story line is intriguing. No one can come away without falling in love with “ thunder” in Red Path and “ alex” in Unconquered Path. These stories have me yearning for the next in the series. Neri lopez delivers!”

Meet Neri Lopez
I wrote my first novel Red Path before I had my kids when I was looking for a job in Jacksonville as a Graphic Designer. Since then, it sat on a bookshelf until last year when I finally decided to self-publish it. I re-edited it after I retired from teaching because thirty years ago, we didn’t have cell phones. Technology had evolved and I wanted to update it. I found a great editor (my daughter’s best friend) and McKenzie, and I went full speed ahead on my dream of being a published author.
I wanted to write Red Path because I wanted others to learn about Lakota Culture. I thought it would be great to bring that culture to South Florida since that is where I grew up. Bair Middle School was the middle school I attended and in later books I mention Nob Hill Elementary which was my elementary school. Piper High School was my old stomping ground so it might make it into a book as well. I made up the Rock N Roll Resort Casino mentioned in that book, however, the idea was derived from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel.

From Our Readers
WH&G reader, Silver, wants to know how your body feels while you are writing the intimate details and if you see a change in your sex life during your writing process? She also wants to know if the details in your book are based on personal experiences or desires that have not yet been fulfilled?
Great question Silver. I have to say when I write a sex scene, if it doesn’t affect me, then it wasn’t good enough and I go back to the drawing board. Believe it or not, sex scenes are hard to write for an author because you don’t want to say the same thing every time and you want the reader to enjoy the scene. I read all sorts of romance novels from Christian to BDSM. I love to read. I’ve been happily married for thirty years, and writing does affect my sex life. It’s funny a of my readers have asked me these questions. I like to compare it to authors who write crime novels and thrillers because even though they write in this genr stalk or kill someone like the character in their book. No one ever asks them if they have tried what they write, which is why I said I find it funny. With that said, some of my scenes are from experience and some are from fantasies. I suppose thinking of all my scenes, some might be fulfilled in the future.
WH&G reader, Casea wants to know what motivates YOU to write and from where do you find your inspiration?
Ooh another good one. Thanks for asking Casea. My motivations ar short love stories to my grandmother and my godfather who wrote about his plight as a political prisoner in Cuba’s prison. My family are awesome storytellers always trying to keep our Cuban culture alive within the future generations. I felt my biggest pull to become an author from them.

Meet The Author: Meyle Robey
My name is Meyle Robey, I’m 17, and I’ve been writing poetry since I was 12 years old.
I first started off writing short stories whenever I’d get an idea, and that encouraged me to expand my vocabulary and dive into other sorts of writing, and I happened to fall in love with poetry. It’s been an outlet for me, and I never took it seriously
until about a year and a half ago, when I was sitting in the Calculus class I was a Teacher’s Assistant in.
When I first started writing, I had this mindset that it needed to follow a specific pattern or structure, but as I’ve grown and written so much more and worked on myself as a poet, I found that it doesn’t have to follow any sort of regulations. my earlier poetry in the best way possible, it was very stiff and lacked emotion, despite many of them having heavy themes. While I’ve spent my time perfecting my writing style, I discovered that there really isn’t a “perfect” way.
I defInItely see a brIght future for me and other poets.
i hope, to whoever reads my booK, they find a piece of themselves they may have lost and never thought they’d get bacK.
My beliefs really are entangled in the poetry I write, all my work reads like a diary. Sometimes it’s very profound; with those kinds, I like to imagine I’m a heartbroken woman in the middle ages, sitting at her desk in candlelight with a quill and ink, writing letters to my lover several carriage rides away in some far off land.

to neW poets, Don ’ t be afraID that your Work WILL never measure up to your IDoLs.
Everybody writes differently, and how they express their feelings through their pieces really shows who you are, not as a person but, as a poet. It’s good to have someone you look up to, but I found that comparing yourself to someone’s work does you no good and will just make you insecure about your own work; I’ve experienced this quite a few times, but I LearneD that It ’ s okay to be DIfferent.
Meet eMily of future Joy
I started singing in 7th grade. I didn’t make the volleyball team, so I tried out for the school musical and landed the lead! I loved it, so I did a lot of musical theatre through high school.
I moved to Denver in 2013 to work as a DJ, doing corporate gigs, weddings, karaoke etc. In 2015 I started singing in a wedding band, among other local bands and in 2019 I met Zach, who already had the project, Future Joy. That summer, I went on tour with him as a guest vocalist to test the waters, but it was meant to be. I officially joined the group December 2019 and haven’t looked back!!
Some people consider Covid a set-back, but for us it was a turning point. Since we were both DJs out of work, we decided to hit the road full time in the summer of 2020. We bought an RV trailer and converted the patio into a stage so we could play socially distanced concerts anywhere. For the next 2.5 years we lived in the RV, while touring coast to coast, making new friends and fans wherever we could.
I don’t consider this a set-back, more of a challenge we overcame, but with the constant traveling and no home base,
I started to experience signs of burn-out. So, we decided to find a city where we could be based out of, and grow some roots. Since we were spending our winters in Florida, we decided on St. Petersburg. We stIll travel for half the year, But noW We have a place to come home to, to really rest, reset and get creatIve.
Future Joy is a Future-Funk hybrid duo hailing from wherever their mobile RV stage is parked.

“We’ve put about 140,000 miles on the van/trailer since we hit the road, playing from coast to coast to coast. We’ve played big music festivals and we’ve played at senior homes. We got engaged on stage after our Hulaween set in front of a couple thousand of our bff’s. We are currently planning our first music festival for February 1st, 2025 which we will just happen to get married at- please come!!
The furthest we’ve traveled to play was Belize to play an intimate yoga rave festival in the jungle. The vibes were immaculate.
Advice I have for other couples working together is to always be open. Communicate, compromise and trust your partners decisions. Let go of control. Be patient. It’s fun to be able to bounce ideas off of each other and it’s something we are working on 24/7. It’s convenient that we live together so we can really work as much or as little as we want to. We challenge and inspire each other every day. And have FUN!! I’m so grateful that we get to share this journey together.”

The Sabbats are solar festivals following the solar year, and so their mythology emphasizes the life cycle of the God, whom we associate with the sun.

Honoring The Sabbats
by Ashley Brown
When celebrating the sabbats we gain deeper insight into their spiritual significance and how they guide us through the natural and cosmic cycles. Each sabbat, illuminated by the stars, invites us to connect with the rhythms of the earth and the heavens. Aligning our personal rituals and intentions with the cosmic energies, and cultivating a deeper sense of harmony with the universe. As above, so below.
Both Sabbats and astrology emphasize cycles of personal and collective growth by encouraging reflection, alignment with nature, our authentic self, and the cosmic cycles.
As the wheel of the year turns, pagans, astrologers, and spiritual seekers alike, celebrate the cycles of the seasons with festivals and rituals. As the astrological chart turns in cycles, we reflect different aspects of our self and the Suns journey through the zodiac signs.
The sabbats alignment with significant points in the solar year, such as solstices, equinoxes, and the mid points correspond to the cardinal and fixed points in the zodiac, in modern astrology. Some sabbats are celebrated based on the lunar calendar, blending, solar and lunar energies in rituals and celebrations.

Imbolc-Aquarius illuminates new beginnings.
When the sun resides in the innovative and forward thinking sign of Aquarius, we celebrate Imbolc (Feb 1-2). This festival indicates the first stirrings of spring and the return of light. Aquarius, with its humanitarian spirit, inspires us to purify our lives and set intentions for the new growth that awaits, embodying Imbolc’s promise of renewal and hope.
Beltane-Taurus celebrates earths fertility. As nature begins to blossom under the Suns passage through Taurus, Beltane( April 30-May 1) bursts fourth in a celebration of fertility and life.

Connect with the living. Samhain is of course not only about death, but about life too. Work on relationships that seem to be failing, check up on old friends and spend time celebrating Samhain with others. Learn about your roots as well. Connect with your family tree, perhaps look over old family photographs or watch home movies.

Yule is one of the oldest winter solstice festivals, with origins among the ancient Norse thousands of years ago. Its roots are complicated and difficult to trace, although there are several theories about how and why the festival was celebrated. It is generally agreed that Yule celebrations began as a Norse festival called jol.
Bay Laurel: In Roman cultures, bay laurel represented Apollo, God of the sun. With Yule also celebrating the sun, it’s no wonder this herb appears in many Yuletide traditions.
The oldest was the tradition of the Yule log which echoed with sacrificial significance. Originally it was a whole tree or a large tree trunk that was carefully chosen, felled and hauled to the long house with great ceremony.
CHestnut soup
Lightly salted water for boiling
1 pound chestnuts
5 cups chicken stock
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups fresh milk
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon mace
Salt and pepper to taste
Croutons to garnish
To skin the chestnuts, make a cut along the flat side of each chestnut and drop them into a pan of boiling, salted water. Boil for about 5 minutes. Chestnuts must be peeled while hot so only take out a few at a time. Remove both the outer shells and inner skins. In a fresh pan of water, simmer the peeled chestnuts for about 15 minutes until they are tender. Be careful not to overcook them or else they will fall apart. Discard the water and puree the chestnuts. Saute onion until soft and add to the pot along with stock, milk, nutmeg and mace. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Reheat and serve with croutons for garnish. Serves 4-6
3 tablespoons of sugar (and three more tablespoons for sprinkling)
1 egg yolk (for the caudle)
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a cast iron skillet or baking sheet. Place the oats, flour, salt, sugar, rosemary, and orange zest in a large bowl, and mix with a fork. Cut the cold butter into the flour mixture. Stir in the cream until all the flour is absorbed.
Gather the rough dough together and place it on a surface lightly dusted with oat flour. Knead until the dough holds its consistency (but don’t overwork).
Divide the dough in half and roll out each half into a circle about 1/4 inch thick.
In a small jar, vigorously mix your egg yolk with a tablespoon of cream. Then brush the mixture over the top of the bannock. Sprinkle with sugar.
Cut each circle into 4 wedges and arrange the wedges 1/4 inch apart on the baking sheet.
Bake about 20 minutes or until golden and crisping at the edges.
Note: you can also apply a second brushing of caudle and sugar halfway through baking.

St Brigid’s Day or Candlemas
February 1st in the Northern Hemisphere August 1st in the Southern Hemisphere
Imbolc is the day to celebrate the end of winter and the arrival of spring. This holiday has been celebrated in the British Isles since the 10th century, poetry and songs about the date mark it as the first day of spring.
Oatcakes or Bannocks were traditionally eaten on old-world feast days to mark the changing seasons. And roundabout Feb 1st or 2nd, they were known as “Bannoch of Bride” in honor of St. Bride or Brìghde. St Bride of Brightness, as she is known in Scotland, shares many similarities with the Irish goddess Brighid (and St. Brigid) who returns to the earth on her feast day, also known as Imbolc, to herald the arrival of spring. And to honor the occasion, bonnach (bannocks in Scotland) were baked in the hope she would leave her blessings of fertility, prosperity, and good health in return.
ostara
Herbs: dandelion, cleavers, nettle, and red clover
Foods: eggs, honey, sprouted greens, hot cross buns, and asparagus
In the Northern Hemisphere, Ostara occurs between 21-23 March, and between the 21-23 September in the Southern Hemisphere when day and night are of roughly equal length due to the Earth’s tilt.
Ostara is an ancient pagan festival that celebrates the coming of Spring. Ostara traces its roots to ancient pagan traditions, particularly those of Germanic and Celtic origin. Named after the Germanic goddess Eostre, whose name evokes the dawn and the burgeoning light of spring, Ostara embodies the cyclical rhythm of nature’s rebirth. In pre-Christian times, communities across Europe gathered to honour Eostre and celebrate the vernal equinox, heralding the return of warmth and fertility to the land.
At its core, Ostara embodies the triumph of light over darkness, symbolised by the increasing daylight and the rebirth of the natural world.
The vernal equinox marks a moment of perfect balance, where day and night are in harmonious alignment. This symbolic equilibrium mirrors the inner balance we strive to achieve in our lives, as we navigate the ever-shifting currents of existence. Ostara’s symbols—eggs, hares, flowers—serve as reminders of the eternal cycle of life, death, and rebirth, inspiring us to embrace change, growth, and transformation.
HAM witH CreAM
1 cup dark brown sugar
3 1/2 TBS mustard powder
1 pound cooked ham, thickly sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1 bunch watercress
Mix the brown sugar and mustard in a small bowl. Place the ham in a small casserole dish and sprinkle about a tablespoon of the mustard and sugar mixture over each slice. Put any remaining mustard and sugar over the top slice and pour in the cream. Cover and bake for 35 minutes at 300 degrees. Garnish with watercress and serve.
Serves 2-4
Embrace the spirit of Ostara by connecting with the natural world and immersing yourself in the beauty of spring’s awakening. Take a stroll through a blossoming garden or wooded grove, allowing yourself to be fully present in the sights, sounds, and scents of the season. Commune with the elements—earth, air, fire, and water— through outdoor rituals or meditations, fostering a deep sense of connection and harmony with the earth and all its inhabitants.
These things I warmly wish for you: Someone to love some work to do, a bit o’ sun a bit o’ cheer And a guardian spirit always near.

CAndied rose petAls
1 unsprayed edible rose bloom
1 large egg white
1/2 cup superfine sugar
Although cultivated roses can be used, wild roses have the best flavor. Very carefully pluck the individual edible petals from the rose bloom. Gently wash the rose petals, trying not to bruise them. Place the petals on kitchen towels or paper towels and let them be until they’re completely dry. You may wish to dab the petals with a clean, dry towel to ensure they’re completely dry. Place a wire cooling rack on a baking sheet. Crack the egg white into a small bowl and whisk it with a fork. Dump the sugar into a shallow bowl or onto a plate.
Gently paint a rose petal with the egg white using a new soft bristle paintbrush or instead simply dip the petal in the egg white, turning to coat both sides and allowing any extra to drop off, and then place the petal in the bowl of sugar, turning to coat both sides and sprinkling on extra, if necessary, so the petals are completely coated with sugar. Space the candied rose petals apart on a wire cooling rack and leave until dry and hardened.
Use the candied rose petals the same day as they’ll become soft and wet if left too long (even if stored in a sealed container).
Herbs: rose petals, lavender, and dandelions

Flora
The Roman goddess of flowers, spring, and fertility, Flora is central to Beltane’s celebrations of life, renewal, and the natural world.
Aine
An Irish goddess of summer, wealth, sovereignty, and fertility, Aine is connected to the sun and the energy it brings.
Brigid
A goddess of fertility, inspiration, and the protective and healing aspects of fire, Brigid’s sacred flames and wells represent purification and renewal.
Fire was central to the celebrations on the belief that it had protective powers. It was thought that rituals of walking around, or even leaping over bonfires would bring good fortune, fertility and happiness to people and their livestock.
The summer solstice is the longest day of the year, when the Earth’s North Pole tilts the most toward the sun. It occurs when the sun is directly over the Tropic of Cancer

Strain the mixture through a strainer or a food mill, pushing all the liquid through with a spatula or the back of a ladle. Discard the solids. Transfer to a large pitcher (preferably glass) and chill until very cold, at least 6 hours or overnight. Before serving, adjust the seasonings with salt and vinegar. 1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed ginger juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 orange, mandarin orange, blood orange, or tangelo, sliced,
Mix all the liquid ingredients and sugar in a pan or plastic container that can be covered, airtight, and stored in the freezer. Freeze the juices for approximately 3 hours. When the mixture is frozen, break it up with a spoon or knife. Beat the mixture with a mixer until the chunks are fairly small, but not smooth. Return the mixture to the container and continue to freeze for 4 to 5 hours. Make long curly citrus and rind strands with a lemon zester or grater. Spoon portions of the sorbet into pretty, chilled glasses. Garnish with the citrus slices, 1 to 2 mint leaves per glass, and pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately because sorbet melts quickly.
Note: For the pomegranate juice, place the seeds in a blender on medium-high speed, then run through a fine strainer and collect the liquid in the container. Fruits vary in size and juice content, so start with one large fruit and see where that leaves you. You may need three or more fruits for 2 cups. Pick pomegranates that are really ripe, with leathery skin and very red, very sweet seeds. This will make a big difference in the flavor of the juice. For the ginger juice, use a garlic press to extract the juice.

I was a psychic child that grew up in a time when a child could run feral and play all day in the forests. My relationship with nature somehow made me more in tuned to everything.
ASK a witch
Who can access the Akashic Records?
I always felt the witch in me rising but was raised Roman Catholic and so she was suppressed for many a year. As an adult I fully embrace my medium abilities and gifts and understand that the witch is a power for good. A power to help and heal and be free.
Anyone can access the records if there is purity in their request. If their purpose isn’t good they won’t open.
Oh I love working with the akashic records. Last summer a lady wanted me to do a reading for her on her dog that just passed. I didn’t know if I could access a dogs spirit in communication like I can a persons. So I did a prayer for permission to open his records and was able to give her the reading. I then did a prayer of thanks and closed his records.
“And then there are the cravings.. Oh, la! A woman may crave to be near water, or be belly down, her face in the earth, smelling the wild smell. She might have to drive into the wind. She may have to plant something, pull things out of the ground or put them into the ground. She may have to knead and bake, rapt in dough up to her elbows.
She may have to trek into the hills, leaping from rock to rock trying out her voice against the mountain. She may need hours of starry nights where the stars are like face powder spilt on a black marble floor. She may feel she will die if she doesn’t dance naked in a thunderstorm, sit in perfect silence, return home ink-stained, paint-stained, tear-stained, moon-stained.”

The akashic record is like an immense photographic film, registering all the desires and earth experiences of our planet. Those who perceive it will see pictured thereon:
The life experiences of every human being since time began, The reactions to experience of the entire animal kingdom, The aggregation of the thought-forms of a karmic nature (based on desire) of every human unit throughout time.
Only a trained occultist can distinguish between actual experience and those astral pictures created by imagination and keen desire.

A Radical Approach to the Akashic Records
by Melissa Feick
Master Your Life and Raise Your Vibration. You have a special purpose during this radical spiritual awakening and the Akashic Records say that the intention of the shift is to transform the lower vibrations and raise your vibration.
CHRIST OIL
, also known as the sacred secretion, is a natural, spiritual mechanism in the human body that ’ s said to rejuvenate the body. it’s believed to be released during the monthly cycle when the brain releases a chemical brew that travels down the spine and back up to the pineal gland.
The sacred secretion refers to a vibrant substance created within the human body every month, coinciding with the Moon’s transition into a person’s astrological sign. This process is believed to be related to spiritual energies that can cultivate inner peace, concentration, and overall wellness. Understanding when this secretion occurs can greatly enhance your ability to harness its effects effectively.
The secretion increases in vibrational potency and changes form throughout the process

Our approach is rooted in the belief that nature provides everything we need to care for our skin.
My dedication to creating non-toxic, natural skincare products is rooted in a desire to provide safe, effective solutions. By using ingredients that I grow or forage myself, I can guarantee their quality and sustainability. This approach not only benefits our skin but also supports a healthier environment, free from the pollutants often associated with commercial skincare production. My business is more than just a venture; it’s a commitment to a holistic, natural way of living, driven by a passion for the incredible power of plants and the well-being of those who use my products.
At my small business skincare company, we prioritize purity and simplicity in our products, eschewing the toxins and unnecessary additives commonly found in commercial skincare.
Unlike conventional products that isolate single chemicals from plants and combine them with preservatives and fillers, we use the whole plant. This holistic method allows us to harness the full spectrum of benefits that plants offer. We process the plants carefully, infusing them into carrier oils or plant glycerine over several months. This meticulous process ensures that all the active compounds are extracted gently and effectively, resulting in potent, natural skincare solutions.

Meet Cameron Jewell, founder of Community Nourishment
My back story is dark & twisted, filled with pain and sorrow that I learned how to transmute and turn into love & power.
I was tortured for the first 10 years of my life - physically, sexually, and mentally.
The following 10 years were filled with chaos, drugs, and violence that ultimately landed me in prison at 20 years old - which turned out to be the best thing that ever could have happened for me.
Finally being taken out of the only environment I had ever known and sober for the first time since I was 8, I was able to see clearly and recognize that the life I was born into was not the life that I was destined to lead.
Though I was clear & sober, my body had suffered many consequences due to the years of abuse and neglect.
I had Crohns, endometriosis, pcos, and CPTSD, and no way of knowing how to love and heal myself.
However, beneath all of this was a light and fire inside of my soul that I can only give thanks to God for.
While in prison I learned how to pray - and I prayed relentlessly.
I asked God to show me a way, to help me to heal, to help me to overcome.
My prayers were answered.
After being released from prison at 21, I was led to a college program where I spent 4 years earning my BS in Alternative Medicine.
I moved to a new city with no car, no job, no family, and no friends.
I was placed in a position to be with myself & learn, grow, and put in WORK, and I seized the opportunity.
For the last 9 years I have worked incredibly hard to strengthen my mind, body, and spirit and I continue to walk this path of healing each and every day.
I have reversed my Crohns, healed my womb, and strengthened my mind & spirit through CONSISTENTLY eating real food, taking real medicine, surrounding myself with great people, and pursuing my dreams - allowing NOTHING to stand in my way.
Having triumphed over so much adversity, I have now dedicated my life to helping others do the same.
I am the Founder & Reverend of Community Nourishment Ministries.
We are an organization committed to providing medicine, resources, and creating spaces to help others connect deeply to themselves, their food, their communities, and the land - assisting them in taking full responsibilities for their lives and helping them to find the tools to thrive.
While we are here to support whoever is placed in front of us, our target population includes single parents, people coming out of the system (prison), people liberating themselves from addiction, and trauma survivors.
We believe that the core problem in society is disconnection and that the solution to this problem is connectionwhich is why we work so hard to create spaces and provide tools for people to connect.
We also believe that everyone deserves to have access to REAL FOOD & REAL MEDICINE that nourishes their minds, bodies, and spirits.
Community Nourishment hand-crafts herbal remedies such as tinctures, capsules, and tea blends and offers them to the community for low-cost to absolutely free.
We set up at local farmers markets to offer our medicine to the community and the money we raise helps to fund our free clinic.
Every person has a right to affordable health care that truly nourishes their minds and bodies and teaches them how think and care for themselves. Using REAL MEDICINEfood, plants, clean water, and community we work to help others deepen their connection to themselves, their food, their family & community, and this big beautiful planet that we all call home.
We know that community and connection is KEY in creating a bright and sustainable future for ourselves and for generations to come.
We work with individuals, families, communities & animals. Our mission is to provide tools, resources, and create spaces to help people learn, grow, and take charge of their lives.
Nourishment is about ADDING nutrients, love, support and much more - giving our minds, bodies, and spirits the tools they require to function & thrive as much as possible! The human body and the planet that we live on are the most incredible, intelligent, self-regulating organisms that exist and if we give them the proper nourishment they will have what they need to heal themselves and maintain vitality!
We offer free to low-cost services such as health & nutrition guidance, plant medicine, community gatherings such as foraging hikes, circles, plant swaps & more!

For the longest time, when people would ask me who I Am, I wouldn’t really know what to say.
Who am I? What am I? Why am I?
The more that I evolved I realized I AM Cameron Jewell. I AM everything & I am nothing. I AM a warrior. I AM a leader. I AM medicine.
Yoga with children can allow them to redirect energy positively, helping them calm their minds and bodies, especially during anxiety periods. It may be helpful for those who can be destructive and aggressive. Yoga may increase a child’s well-being, enhance self-worth, and promote fewer negative behaviours.

“As the light grows lighter, the darkness grows darker. Look inside of yourself to accept all that you are.
Only then can the world be transformed.”
Lavender lines the path and will show you the way. And when you find yourself standing in the garden of your life, stop and ask, “what is the most appropriate medicine for me at this time?” Then prepare yourself to receive. For what you are really asking is to become more receptive. It is through receptivity, acceptance and allowing that we are able to embrace both sides of our dualistic natures. The divine feminine Allows All Things. In the process of integrating our inner feminine and masculine, we learn how to navigate between unity and duality. While we long for unity, duality serves as one of our greatest teachers. Duality is a divine mirror.
Duality is like a smoking mirror. Your perception of the world creates the illusion. The smoking mirror teaches us not only to embrace our shadow but also to accept light and shadow as two ends of the same spectrum. Learn to relax with the help of the medicine of Lavender so that you may be supported on the deepest level. As you relax, you will become more receptive and this will make your journey through the duality of this world so much easier. No longer of two minds, you will discover that the intelligence you have always thought of as being seated in the brain is actually an intelligence of the heart. It is through the inner chambers of this heart that you will be transformed.

I’ve got to find me some lavender honey down where the mountains roll sweetly to the sea
Breathe in deeply perfumed lips are speaking of a mystery beyond what those eyes can see
In lavender hills ‘neath a halo of stars an ocean of longing is calling from afar
And when she washes over you sweetly we will be dreaming our new home by the sea,
When the Roses Speak, I Pay Attention
As long as we are able to be extravagant we will be hugely and damply extravagant. Then we will drop foil by foil to the ground. This is our unalterable task, and we do it joyfully.
And they went on, “Listen, the heart-shackles are not, as you think, death, illness, pain, unrequited hope, not loneliness, but lassitude, rue, vainglory, fear, anxiety, selfishness.”
Their fragrance all the while rising from their blind bodies, making me spin with joy.

Welcome to WILD the podcast, where our mission is to empower, uplift, and inspire those who have faced the unimaginable.
We are Diana Kouprina and Ashton Loren Ryan, co-founders of WILD the nonprofit and your hosts on this journey of healing and transformation.
Together, with a deep passion for positive mindset psychology, spirituality, and holistic wellness, we created WILD the podcast as a safe space for victims and survivors of abuse to find solace and strength. Our vision for this podcast aligns with the core values of WILD the nonprofit: to empower every individual, especially women and children, by restoring their voices and helping them reclaim their lives.
Through candid discussions with experts, real-life stories of resilience, and a focus on nourishment for both body and soul, WILD the podcast is designed to be a beacon of hope and a source of healing. We believe that unity is the key to breaking the cycle of abuse and that by coming together, we can create a future where no victim is left behind. We are honored to have the support of our incredible community and the partnership with JessTV, which allows us to reach a broader audience and share our message with tens of thousands of viewers. Together, we are making strides toward a world where every voice is heard, and every story is told.
Chatting with guests like Anna Svetchnikov, a licensed marriage and family therapist, mental health advocate, and author of numerous therapeutic books, Cameron Jewell, reverend and founder of Community Nourishment, Geri Petito, author and radio host, Cynthia Hudson, owner of Aspiring Magazine and so many other women, doing what they love to help other, has broadened our viewership as well as educated and connected us with even more like minded women.
We aim to eradicate domestic violence from our communities, states and nation, by restoring positive mindset within the victims, by giving back the voice to the voiceless through educational, informative, nourishing, healing, spiritual high-quality content accessible for all, and by providing platforms for survivors and victims to share their stories.
We aim to restore the positive mindset in everyone’s daily lives and foster positive parenting initiatives.
At WILD the nonprofit, we embrace the transformative power of behavioral therapy techniques, particularly those inspired by Carl Jung. Our approach is grounded in the belief that healing and personal growth are fundamental to breaking the cycle of abuse and creating a future where children are cherished and women are empowered.
We envision a world where every individual has the potential to contribute to meaningful change. By integrating Jungian principles into our therapeutic practices, we foster a deeper understanding of the self, encourage personal responsibility, and support the journey from victim to survivor. As Carl Jung profoundly stated, “The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” Our commitment to unity, strength, and giving voice to the silenced drives us to create an environment where each person’s potential is recognized and nurtured.
We believe that now is the time to act. Together, we can end domestic violence and child abuse, and restore the voices of those who have been silenced. Our mission is to empower individuals, transform lives, and build a future defined by resilience and hope. This is our time, and together, we will make a difference.
Founded in 2024 by Diana Kouprina and Ashton Ryan, WILD the nonprofit was born out of a love for sharing and connecting with other women. By giving women an outlet, a voice, we hope to remind others that they are not alone in their struggles. This journey is one to be walked together; by transmuting pain into love and healing, together we can make a difference.

Losing myself along the way was a total expectation, everyone warned, ‘you’ll never be the same’, ‘you’ll never be alone’, ‘enjoy the quiet now’ or perhaps that was my own brain telling my heart, warning my soul that no matter what happens next, at least we knew what to expect...
Nobody can explain in words how you will quite literally beg for quiet, beg for solace and then not know what to do or think without the utter chaos, Without the background noise to drown out the fears and the confusion. here i am, I have just what I wanted and it’s still not quite what I wanted, needed, Thought it was.

Explore Our Wild World
Hi. I am Jennifer. I am 40 years old. I live in a small town called Hamilton, Ohio. I work in the restaurant business, which allows me to have a lot of f reedom and time to roam and explore this amazing world that we live in.
I absolutely love to travel and explore! It is my passion in life! I love to go camping, hiking, kayaking, paddling boarding, mountain biking, and horseback riding. I also enjoy nature photography and exploring new coffee shops. I love to do anything outdoors and I prefer the warmer weather.
Growing up in the early 1980’s and 1990’s my parents used to take my sister and I on 2-3 trips a year. That is where my love for travel began. We grew up going to Tennessee and Florida once a year to enjoy the mountains and the ocean, so those places are like a second home to me now. We made so many great memories over the years on those trips! I am so very grateful that my parents did those things with us.
At the age of 16 years old I started drinking alcohol. I continued partying and doing that for several years.
On August 13, 2019 I woke up and told myself that I was done drinking. I have been sober for almost 6 years now!!
I am extremely proud of that decision and it has allowed me to travel so much more. I set a goal for myself to travel to all 50 states. I am very proud to say that I accomplished that goal in 2019 with Alaska being the 50th state!

As an early adult I started doing a lot of solo traveling. It opened my eyes to a whole new world of opportunities. I have so many people ask me “How do you travel alone?” I just do it. I’ve always figured it out. I highly recommend taking at least one solo trip in your lifetime. It is so peaceful and rewarding for the soul. If you’re always waiting around for others to join you may lose out on a lot of opportunities.
