Day of the Dead Celebrations & COCO the Movie

Friday, November 1 The Day of the Dead is a Mexican holiday celebrated throughout Mexico, particularly in the central and South regions, and by people of Mexican heritage elsewhere. Come learn about this colorful and memorable day as we enjoy the movie COCO.

Winter Preparedness

Thursday, November 7 During the winter months, ice, snow and cold temper-atures can make life challenging for anyone. Join the Wheeling Fire Department as they share important information on how to stay safe during the cold weather months.

Friday, December 20 It’s time to get UGLY! Join us for an Ugly Sweater Holiday Party with music by the one and only Sandi Haynes. A prize will be given for the UGLIEST Sweater.

Friday, January 24 Known as Seollal, Korean New Year is the first day of the lunar Korean calendar. It is the most important of the traditional Korean holidays and consists of a period of celebrations, starting on New Year's Eve. Come join our celebration and learn about this special holiday.

A One Woman Musical: Hedda!

Monday, January 27 Please welcome actor-singer Jilliann Gabrielle as she portrays Hedda Hopper– the fabled gossip columnist who reigned over Hollywood from the 1930s through the 1950s. In this original one woman musical. Jillian Gabrielle brings a high quality, Off Broadway and Broadway bound musical to you; no need to travel far!
