As the CEO of West USA Realty, I am honored to lead a company that has been dedicated to the success of real estate agents for over three decades. Our story began in 1986 when my father founded West USA with a mission to create a company that was built by real estate agents for real estate agents.

Duane Fouts was born and raised in Montana, moving to Arizona in 1987. He is no stranger to the real estate industry, having started his real estate career in 1988. Duane obtained his Arizona Brokers License in 1995 and spent many years as the Owner/Designated Broker for the largest real estate company in Arizona, managing as many as 1,850 agents in the firm.

Marge has been licensed since 1973. She was the President of the Grand Canyon CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) Chapter in 1982, President of the Arizona CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Chapter in 1984, President of the Phoenix Association of REALTORS® in 1988 and President of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® in 2002. In addition Marge has served, and still serves, on numerous local, state and national committees over her 45+ years in this industry. Marge has been a listing and selling agent. She has managed real estate offices, been a Designated Broker, and has trained thousands of licensees over the years. Marge stays current with what is happening in the industry and in Arizona by serving on numerous committees and working with practicing agents.

Dean has had his Broker”s license for 12 years. In his career in Real Estate, he has advanced from Agent, Associate Broker, Team Leader, to Managing Broker. He holds a Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation and is also a member of SEVRAR.

Kyle was born in northern Montana and moved to Phoenix with his family at the age of 7. After graduating from Coronado High School, while attending GCU he pursued a degree in Business Administration. After college he joined his family at Dan Schwartz Realty. He went on to get his Brokers license three years later and has been a managing broker here in the Valley for the last fifteen years. In 2004 he married his beautiful wife Lauren, they have 4 children together, Ayvery, Sydney, Georgia, & Oliver.
