          As the CEO of West USA Realty, I am honored to lead a company that has been dedicated to the success of real estate agents for over three decades. Our story began in 1986 when my father founded West USA with a mission to create a company that was built by real estate agents for real estate agents.
          Since then, we have remained committed to this mission and have worked tirelessly to provide the best possible support, training, and technology to our agents. We understand that our clients are our agents, and we believe that their success is our success.

          Duane Fouts was born and raised in Montana, moving to Arizona in 1987. He is no stranger to the real estate industry, having started his real estate career in 1988. Duane obtained his Arizona Brokers License in 1995 and spent many years as the Owner/Designated Broker for the largest real estate company in Arizona, managing as many as 1,850 agents in the firm.

    Bob is a past president of SEVRAR, conducts West USA’s weekly sales meetings and co-hosts the Tuesday Morning Webinar. In addition, Bob handles agent calls and consumer complaints. Bob is also known as the “Information Guru” among the West USA family and has been in the real estate industry for over 40 years.

    Kyle was born in northern Montana and moved to Phoenix with his family at the age of 7. After graduating from Coronado High School, while attending GCU he pursued a degree in Business Administration. After college he joined his family at Dan Schwartz Realty. He went on to get his Brokers license three years later and has been a managing broker here in the Valley for the last fifteen years. In 2004 he married his beautiful wife Lauren, they have 4 children together.
