A warm welcome to Seddon Fields to the second of our three special Premier National League double headers.
We welcome both our visitors from Wellington this weekend. Wellington Olympic from the south of the city and Waterside Karori from the west.
Waterside Karori currently sit on top on the Women’s league but Maia and the team will be keen to make a statement after our last minute loss to Auckland United last week. A game, we fully deserved to get more from. We have a close bond with Waterside so it’s great to see them at Seddon.
Wellington Olympic are current Chatham Cup holders and powered to the Central League title. They will be looking to improve on their National League position. Scotty and the boys secured an important away win at Eastern Suburbs last week. Another big game is in store.
Many thanks of course to our staff and volunteers who work tirelessly behind the scenes to provide a great club environment throughout the season and for their continued efforts in the months ahead.
Ongoing gratitude also to our life members who are the history and foundation of the Club we are today. To our 2024 sponsors, we thank you for your support and we look forward to working together during this exciting National League phase.
