Rotary Carol Concert The Rotary Club of Clacton-on-Sea are back to present their annual carol concert once again at the West Cliff Theatre. An afternoon of carols and traditional songs, for your enjoyment and participation. A Collection will be taken with proceeds going towards Christmas Day meals for the elderly and disadvantaged.
