OPENING HOURS

the West Cliff, with the majority of the ticket price going to the artists, producers and promoters. Charging a booking fee ensures that 100% of this extra revenue comes to the theatre.

PAYMENTS

Thank you for your understanding and continued support of the West Cliff Theatre.

The Box Office is open from 10am - 4.30pm from Monday to Saturday (closed lunchtime 12.30pm – 1.30pm) and 1 hour before performances. We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. Cheques should be made payable to ‘West Cliff Theatre’. Bookings should be paid for within five working days.

BOOKING FEE

A booking fee of £1 will apply on all ticket sales and reservations made online, over the phone or in person, whether paying by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. Prices that are displayed in this brochure include this fee. Why do we need to charge a booking fee? Since the loss of our Council grant, and in order to provide you with the best entertainment possible, we need to charge a booking fee to secure our share of the ticket income. On average, we receive less than 20% of the ticket price for the shows that you see at
