Während Paul die Hotelküche auf Lebensfreude trimmt, kümmert sich Daniela an der Rezeption und hinter den Kulissen um sämtliche Wohlfühlbelange. Karin und Charly stehen den beiden und dem gesamten Team stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Whilst head chef Paul imbues the hotel’s cuisine with a zest for life, Daniela makes sure that things run smoothly and everyone feels at home, at reception and behind the scenes. Karin and Charly are always present offering help and advice to them and the entire team.
From a mountain farm to a 4-star hotel
Unsere Großeltern Hans und Emma Hafele haben ihren Bergbauernhof in den 1960er-Jahren zur Pension und in den 1970er-Jahren zum Hotel ausgebaut.
