Woods Family Music and Arts Fund awards two grants to Symphony The Wenatchee Valley Symphony Association was awarded two grants from the Woods Family Music and Arts Fund. The first grant, for $2,500, is to support our guest artists for the 2014‐15 season. The second grant, also for $2,500, is to support the 2015 Angela Schuster Svendsen Young Musician Competition. Thank you to the Woods Family for their ongoing support!
Sweetheart Musical Soiree, February 14, 2015 Spend the evening with your sweetheart at the Symphony’s Valentine‐themed musical soiree. This popular event will feature Symphony soloists and ensembles, wine tasting, hors d’oeuvres, and desserts. Join us at the Wenatchee Valley Museum on February 14, 2015. Tickets are available at the PAC.

Orchestras Feeding America The Symphony has joined orchestras across the country in the Orchestras Feeding America National Food Drive. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring non‐perishable food items to concerts. Donated items will be provided to local food banks.
Donate Symphony Tickets to Music Students If you have concert tickets that will go unused, please consider donating them back to the Symphony. Donated tickets will be given to local music students.

Volunteer Our local organization can only be as good as the people involved. We are always looking for volunteers to help in the office, at events and concerts, or on work teams. If you would like to volunteer, please contact the Symphony.
Yearend Contributions The Wenatchee Valley Symphony Association would like to thank all contributors and supporters for their generosity to the orchestra in the 2014 season. With ticket sales covering about a third of our operating expenses, we must depend on the financial support of music lovers like you to help bridge the gap between ticket sales income and the costs of presenting WVSO programs to residents of North Central Washington.
