HOT HONEY SALMON

This mouthwatering salmon recipe is perfect for all occasions. I’ve made it for Shabbos and weekdays. It’s full of flavor and pairs perfectly with so many sides.

Ingredients:

4 slices salmon fillet

2-3 Tbsp olive oil

1-1 1/2 Tbsp Mon Appetit Supreme Steakhouse Seasoning

1 Tbsp bourbon maple syrup

Hot honey, for drizzling

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 425°.

2. In a pan, place salmon fillets. Brush with olive oil.

3. Sprinkle seasoning evenly over salmon fillets.

4. Add maple syrup over salmon. Top with a generous drizzle of hot honey.

5. Bake for 15 minutes. Broil an additional two minutes.

STICKY, SPICY GREEN

BEANS

These addictive green beans are the perfect side dish. They are so easy to make and will be off the tray before supper is served.

Ingredients:

1 lb green beans, trimmed

2 tsp olive oil

1 Tbsp Mon Appetit Harvest Blend Seasoning

1 tsp kosher salt

2 Tbsp hot honey

Sesame seeds, for topping

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425°.

2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

3. Bake for 20 minutes, mixing halfway.

4. Broil an additional 5 minutes.

5. Top with sesame seeds.

SPICY SMASHED POTATOES

Smashed potatoes are a fun way to enjoy a classic potato dish. This recipe is seasoned with the most perfect spice blend and topped with hot honey for an extra kick.

Ingredients:

10-12 very small Yukon gold potatoes

2 Tbsp olive oil

Salt, to taste

3-4 Tbsp Mon Appetit Aromatic Citrus Ginger Seasoning

Hot honey, for drizzling

Directions:

1. Boil the potatoes, with the skin on, until just past fork tender. It should not be fully soft.

2. Preheat oven to 425°.

3. Generously grease a large metal baking sheet.

4. Once potatoes are slightly cooled, place each potato on the greased sheet and smash down using the back of a measuring cup.

5. Brush each smashed potato generously with olive oil.

6. Season with salt to taste and sprinkle the seasoning over each potato.

7. Drizzle with a generous amount of hot honey.

8. Bake for 20 minutes. Broil for an additional five minutes.
