Women’s Health
Shannon Bradley, M.D.
WhenShannon Bradley, M.D., opened the doors of Bradley Gynecology, it wasn’t only about starting a clinic; it was about lling a much needed gap. In a healthcare landscape o en dominated by large systems and OB-focused care, Dr. Bradley envisioned something di erent: a safe, comprehensive, women-only space where patients feel seen, heard, and valued at every stage of life.
Bradley Gynecology, located in Bismarck, is one of the region’s only private practice women’s clinic led by a physician provider. eir mission is to care for women of all ages without the distractions of obstetrics. “Women seeking non-pregnancy-related care shouldn’t feel invisible,” Dr. Bradley says. “Our patients tell us again and again that what they want is comprehensive care for all of their health needs - not just pregnancy. at’s what we’re here to provide.”
eir focuses include menopause care, gynecologic surgery, dermatology, incontinence treatment, prolapse support, endometriosis management, and even primary care - all under one roof. Also, Dr. Bradley leads the charge as one of the only surgeons in ND with a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) designation, allowing her to provide specialized surgical procedures with expert skills.
Shannon Bradley, M.D., envisioned something di erent. “Our patients tell us again and again that what they want is comprehensive care for all their health needs - not just pregnancy. at’s what we’re here to provide.”
What truly makes the clinic stand out is its accessibility. In a system where scheduling an appointment - or even getting a call back - can feel impossible, Bradley Gynecology prioritizes connection. “When you call, you talk to someone who wants to know you. It’s personal, not procedural,” Dr. Bradley says.
Beyond medical care, the clinic is built around a set of clear values: women caring for women, comprehensive access, and a safe space for hard conversations. It’s not just a gynecology o ce; it’s a hub for complete wellness and a trusted resource for generations of women. ey describe themselves as a convenient one stop women’s health clinic that includes provider visits, laboratory draws, and even mammograms if needed.
