SSleep Dentist Dr.

John Bouzis

ince 1975, Dr. John Bouzis has been a trusted name in healthcare, rst in general dentistry, and then for the past several years as a dedicated specialist in craniofacial pain and nighttime breathing disorders. rough his practice, Restful Sleep Plus LLC, John o ers patients in Casper a path to better health through improved sleep and relief from chronic pain.

e problem is larger than most realize! Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is the second most common sleep disorder, a ecting nearly 1 billion adults globally. In the U.S. alone, about 30 million adults have OSA, but an estimated 80% of them remain undiagnosed. at means millions of people are struggling with poor sleep, brain fog, chronic fatigue and a heightened risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes and workplace accidents without even knowing the root cause.

John’s passion for helping others led him into dentistry, where he soon discovered the o en-overlooked link between head and neck pain, stress and OSA. “Craniofacial pain and OSA o en overlap,” he explains. “ at intersection is where I’ve focused my energy. e results can be life-changing.”

By narrowing his focus exclusively to craniofacial pain and sleep-disordered breathing, John has spent more than a decade pursuing continued education, research and collaborative care. His years of clinical experience (paired with years of study alongside a sleep physician) have given him a unique advantage no other sleep dentist in the region can o er.

“Helping someone function better, feel better and prevent long-term complications is what drives me,” John says. “When we treat sleep apnea at the source, everything changes.”

Restful Sleep stands out for its specialization, as well as John’s commitment to collaboration with local healthcare providers. With Casper lacking a full-time sleep specialist, John has stepped in to bridge that gap with persistence, compassion and clinical expertise.

Pediatric Care Community Health Center of Central Wyoming

In 2019, Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) recognized a growing gap in pediatric care in the Casper community. With many local pediatricians retiring or preparing to do so, families were facing a future with limited access to essential healthcare for their children. CHCCW stepped forward to meet this need, launching a pediatric clinic that now stands as a cornerstone of communiy wellness.

e environment feels less like a clinic and more like a second home.

Built on a foundation of kindness, compassion and conscientious care, CHCCW’s pediatric department has become much more than a healthcare provider; it’s a trusted resource for families. is team’s de ning strength isn’t just their medical expertise, but the heart they bring to each visit. Patients and families o en comment on how deeply they listen, how thoroughly they respond to concerns and how each child is treated with the same care and respect the sta shows one another. e environment feels less like a clinic and more like a second home.

Accessibility is another cornerstone of the department’s mission. CHCCW accepts most insurance plans and offers a sliding fee scale for eligible uninsured patients,

making care affordable and available, regardless of income. “We want the community to know that no matter their financial situation, they’ll be treated with dignity,” the team emphasizes.

Success for this department isn’t measured in numbers; it’s measured in moments. Moments where a child feels seen and heard and where parents leave feeling supported and hopeful. CHCCW measures success by the moments where health challenges are met with personalized solutions and genuine concern.

CHCCW’s pediatric department is poised to become Casper’s leading destination for children’s healthcare in the months ahead. eir vision is clear: to remain a place where families can turn with con dence, knowing their children’s well-being is in the hands of people who truly care. Juice Bar

Anna Studer

Whatbegan with a single juicer on Anna Studer’s kitchen counter has grown into one of downtown Casper’s goto wellness spots. She never set out to start a business, she just wanted to feel better.

In 2011, with a one-year-old and a three-year-old at home, Anna was searching for a way to become her best self so she could show up strong and healthy for her family. at’s when she discovered juicing. It became part of her daily routine; something simple, nourishing and life-giving.

Over time, that daily habit turned into something more. She started sharing juices with friends, then in 2021, bringing them to summer markets and eventually opened a storefront. e Lovely Lemon wasn’t built overnight; it grew slowly and intentionally, one juice, one conversation and one customer at a time.

Now, four years in, e Lovely Lemon Juice Co. has become a trusted wellness hub in downtown Casper, o ering cold-pressed juices, superfood smoothies, gut-friendly shots, house-made plant “mylks,” and wholesome, whole-food meals. But it’s more than just what’s on the menu.

Anna describes it as “a bright spot in people’s day; a place where they feel seen, supported and inspired to care for themselves.”

“We believe in nourishing our bodies with ingredients you can trust.”

Everything at e Lovely Lemon is made with wellness in mind, using only fresh produce, no added water, sugar, preservatives and no shortcuts. What sets their juices apart is the cold-pressed method, which uses hydraulic pressure rather than heat to extract juice.

“ is process keeps the vitamins, enzymes and minerals intact,” Anna explains. “You’re getting all the nutrients, just like nature intended.” at commitment to real food and intentional process is at the heart of the business. “We believe in nourishing our bodies with ingredients you can trust,” she says. “We want healthy living to feel upli ing, not restrictive.”

In a town where fast food can feel like the easiest option, e Lovely Lemon o ers something di erent: a joyful, welcoming space where food fuels both body and soul. Customers don’t just come in for a smoothie, they come in for a sense of renewal. Whether they’re recovering from illness, trying to boost energy or simply craving something fresh and avorful, they leave feeling better than when they walked in.

“From what we make to how we make people feel, there’s heart in every part of it.”

At the core of the company are the values that guide every decision: health, honesty, community and joy. Anna believes in being transparent about ingredients, giving back to the Casper community and creating a space that feels like a little oasis in the day.

“Our team pours so much intention into every detail,” she says. “From how we prep ingredients to the way we greet you at the counter, it’s all on purpose.”

For Anna, it’s not just about serving healthy juice, it’s about truly impacting people’s health in a meaningful way. e Lovely Lemon team sees it every day: regulars who feel more energized, athletes who stop in before big games and parents who feel condent feeding their kids something clean and nourishing.

“If someone walks out feeling better than when they walked in,” she says, “ at’s everything.”

Looking ahead, Anna sees room for thoughtful growth, whether that’s a second location, a collaboration with like-minded wellness spaces or even bottling juices for wider distribution. Whatever direction the business takes, the mission will stay the same: to nourish the community with real, fresh juice and food made with love.

“It’s about real food that helps real people feel their best. My hope is that everyone who walks in leaves feeling better, physically, mentally, emotionally. at’s what keeps us going and feeling lovely.”

A felt sensation and more than a slogan, it’s the life he’s living.

What started as a one-man operation quickly became a community effort, filled with the support of friends, family and customers who believed in him. Paradise Auto is now known for its wide selection (ranging from classic cars to golf carts), as well as the way Dave and his team treat people with kindness, respect and a desire to help.

These days, Dave isn’t chasing the dollar. “I don’t care about making money anymore,” he says. “I care about being present, living in the moment and showing up for people like they’ve shown up for me.”

Paradise Auto is more than a business to Dave; it’s a testament to the power of faith, the strength of community and the quiet courage it takes to keep going, especially when you feel like giving up.

For

Naomi Ruyter

Naomi, opening Plato’s Closet wasn’t just a business decision; it was a personal one. As a mom of two growing kids, she saw rsthand how limited the options were for teen and young adult fashion in Casper. More than a place to buy or sell clothes, Naomi has built a space that’s about empowerment, inclusion and connection.

Bill and Emily Brockley

When Bill and Emily started baking sourdough bread out of their apartment in 2021, they had no idea it would lead to owning one of Casper’s most beloved neighborhood markets. What began as True Bakery - born from a leap of faith a er Bill was unexpectedly let go from his position as a hotel food and beverage director - quickly blossomed into a passion for creating food the right way. From that humble kitchen, a philosophy was born: take no shortcuts and serve every guest as if they were family.

at same philosophy now fuels Grant Street Grocery & Market, which the couple acquired in January of 2025. Under the umbrella of True Bakery, Grant Street has been reimagined as a community hub where families can slow down, share a meal and feel right at home. Whether it’s house-made deli meats and condiments for the sandwiches to chef-curated meals and pasteries, Bill and Emily are committed to raising the bar for food service in Casper.

For Emily, the store holds deep personal signi cance. She grew up just a few houses down, spending countless afternoons walking over for a snack or setting up lemonade stands out front. e original owners knew her by name and treated her like one of their own, even once taking her cat to the vet when her mom was at work. It’s that sense of community and care that she hopes to pass on, creating a place that’s just as meaningful and memorable for the next generation of kids as it was for her.

Family truly is the heart of their operation. e couple, along with their daughter and soon-to-be baby boy, are building a business that re ects the care they put into their own home. “We want this space to be a place where families gather, where kids can enjoy an ice cream cone on the patio and where folks can grab ingredients for meals they’ll share around their own tables,” Bill says.

In a world full of shortcuts, Bill and Emily are choosing the long way through homemade stocks, hand-sliced meats, fresh-baked bread and ice cream made from cream, not cartons. eir True Food Philosophy is what sets them apart and what they hope to share with more people in the years to come. Because to them, success isn’t measured in pro ts; it’s measured in the joy of serving their community, one scratch-made bite at a time.
