Continua la riflessione anche sulla forestazione che non diventa solo un fenomeno legato alle aree rurali o montane ma anche un elemento sempre più qualificante delle aree urbane. Certo il mobile e l’arredamento hanno cessato di identificarsi in maniera quasi automatica con il legno e con i suoi derivati, cionondimeno mai come in questi anni la felice progettualità di alcune aziende, come l’italiana Riva1920 e l’austriaca Team7, ha portato in primo piano la specificità del legno e la sua eleganza.
