Established in 1983, the Cayuga Wine Trail is the longest-running wine trail in America. It offers a variety that is unmatched in wine touring and tasting. Visitors can travel to different wineries, cideries, distilleries, a meadery, and a taproom. Along the trail, travelers have the pleasure of experiencing attractions, comfortable lodgings, fine restaurants, friendly people, splendid scenery, and, of course, a multitude of premium wines that have earned over 6,000 national and international medals.
The Seneca Lake Wine Trail, part of the Seneca Lake Winery Association, is dedicated to promoting its 29 member wineries. The trail, which celebrated 35 years in 2021, is located in the Finger Lakes Wine Country, New York. Since its founding in 1986, the Finger Lakes Wine Country has become an extraordinary wine and grape-growing destination for visitors from around the world.
The Finger Lakes of New York is the largest and most celebrated wine-producing region in the Eastern United States. Keuka Lake, whose spectacular beauty and glacially deposited soils inspired early grape cultivation and the birth of America’s wine industry, resides in this region. The Keuka Lake Wine Trail’s wineries craft some of the most beautifully balanced and vibrant wines. Visitors can experience a truly memorable getaway by visiting the many wineries that are open daily, year-round.
