Open the person’s profile in the PMS Click on the HealthLink forms icon. Click on the Border Clinical Management System link.

If the person has an active BCMS record, this link will open that person’s record. Health Providers will then be able to navigate their BCMS information from within this page.

When “complete session” is pressed, it will write a PDF of what has been done in BCMS up until this point. This PDF will go to the Health Providers Patient Record Outbox. Tip: Screen shots are MedTech 32 – but any PMS with healthlink forms access will work - to enable this healthlink needs to link your eDI to this form
