Viewing the summary

1. Select Note Timeline. This will enable you to view all

Patient notes recorded. 2. By selecting the note icon, you can then add a note. 3. For notes you can filter down to type of note by clicking one of the following buttons: • All • Initial Assessment • Reg H check • Whiteboard • Clinical • Ad Vitals • Flag Management • Generic • Task 4. To return to Vital Summary chart you need to select Vital Timeline.

This shows the BCMS person information screen showing all information related to a specific person and their bubble

1. You can also get an overview of a person by clicking on the Summary page 2. Name 3. Age & gender 4. Flags i.e. Mental Health Issues, Require Welfare. Pregnant 5. Next test (coloured dot outlines latest result – black = negative, red = positive, orange = repeat needed) 6. A red tick means they have COVID-19 Symptoms on their Health Check – the Done button indicates the test has been done today.

7. This shows how many people are in the bubble – the relative number stays constant and the grey highlight shows which record you are in currently

8. To review further detail about a patient such as; • Demographics • linked general practitioners • Next of Kin • Use the scroll bar at the bottom right of screen

Tip:

As this writes back to the patient record, you are unable to navigate to the next bubble member from here – but open them in the PMS
