Below outlines some common errors you MAY encounter:

1. No active BCMS case ie the case is not currently under active monitoring for COVID, if this is an error please contact the care coordination hub so the details can be updated 2. Closing when there is no case – click NO

3. Navigating to some parts showing a script error - click YES

These errors may happen because the native bowser is internet explorer and BCMS should be used in a Chrome browser.
